With COVID-19, we wanted to support local independent businesses. We decided to treat ourselves to this takeaway.We found their menu online which was great as we was able to choose what we wanted before ordering.They offer online and telephone orders. We rang up to put in a 15.00 GBP telephone order for collection, and they said the meal was ready within 5-10 mins! Amazing service.The food was amazing. We haven't had a kebab in a few years, so we were glad that the food was super. The salad was fresh, the garlic sauce was delicious, and the meat was juicy.We ordered a couple of pizzas, and a burger, and downed it all with a litre of Pepsi.The customer service was brilliant. We highly recommend this business. We wish them good health during this pandemic.

Disgraceful customer service! I have ordered from here frequently. The one thing that has always fascinated me is how rushed I am on the phone. I'm not a slow person by any means lol, but it feels like a phone call is an inconvenience. Anyway, ordered at lightning speed!!! Was told it will be 45 minutes. One hour passed so decided to brave the phone again as my husband had leave for work soon. Another frantic conversation and I cancelled after I was told it would be another fifteen minutes. I must have been too slow for him again as he put the phone down on me. I was polite and we just didn't have time to wait any longer. So, I braved the phone again as I had no idea if the order was cancelled. Thankfully it was. Of course he told me super fast. If the orders could come out as quick as the phone call there would never be a problem.

Pizza missing from order. Rang shop, completely disinterested. Wouldn't send missing item out, told I had to collect or get free one next time. Wasn't even offered a refund either. Sorry bud, won't be ordering from you again, awful customer service.
