Verdes in Chorley

Food here is always excellent. Garlic bread, pizza and pasta is always fantastic.Great service, great atmosphere and reasonable prices.Highly recommended for events and celebrations!

Verdes is such a lovely place to eat and good value for money, especially the lunch time menu at £11.95 for two courses with plenty of choice. The garlic bread is the best I've eaten and the service is very good. The only negative is the house wine, which isn't the best, but definitely worth a visit.

We used to eat here regularly but for some reason it fell off our list of favourites- well its back on now!Excellent service, good value for money and a lovely environment.We had a late Sunday lunch here and really enjoyed it. Steaks were cooked to perfection, huge prawns were exclaimed over and the mini salmon pizza for a starter was a real winner. We all thought our starters were fabulous. There were a couple of minor things which kept it from a full 5 stars (veg not hot but sorted out for us, canneloni just too cheesy although some would say that there is no such thing as too much cheese?). Almost 5 stars, and I bet it will be 5 stars next time because it's definitely worth more visits.

Had a lovely meal and experience at Verses. We both had the fillet steak with cheese and it was cooked perfectly. The house Red and Camberley was also great. Going back in a weeks time.

Good food, good value, attentive service and always pleasant......just wish they would be a little more adventurous with the veg? Perfectly cooked but boring. Just my opinion.

Lovely venue and food and attentive waiters, though they are a bit 'keen' - would have liked more time to look at the menu. Once food had stopped being served, staff also began cleaning the open kitchen area using a strong detergent and one of our party had to leave because of the fumes! Highlight was the starters - these were amazing!

Quality food! All served together and hot and fresh, although we had a party of over 25! Staff are amazing and cheerful! Highly recommend

Lovely afternoon at Verdes today. Food was excellent, staff friendly and attentive. Drinks lovely, and all in a fab setting. Four of us ate, we chose the 3 course meal off the specials menu, and everyone loved it. Excellent value for money. Look forward to coming back again soon.
