Anna's in Copeland

Walked into this Cafe wanting a drink. Was approached by a staff member carrying drinks. I asked her if we could sit anywhere & she looked at us & completely ignored us. We then spoke to a different member of staff who was a lot more friendly, she told us that we could sit anywhere. We then took a seat. The previous staff member who had ignored us when we walked in then came back to us & told us that the table we had sat at was reserved for 12.15pm & we had to move. There was no Please or Thank You. We did not feel welcomed & felt like we weren’t wanted. After this we walked out & found a different cafe which turned out to be completely the opposite. So Thanks AnnA’s Cafe you did us a favour.

The food is good, the drinks go down fast, cocktails especially, and staff made us feel welcome

Only called in for a quick drink!! Ended up ordering food.....wasn't disappointed!! Great atmosphere, great drinks and amazing food!!! See you again soon!!!

Mixed experiences here. Whilst the staff are lovely and some of the food is top notch, a lot of the food and most of the service is lacking. Orders are taken incorrectly, pat's of the menu are often unavailable (but you aren't told this until you go to order) and some of the food is overly salty. I'd suggest the menu could be reduced slightly, there's almost so much choice that a microwave must be involved and in that case, Wetherspoons is only down the road. Hot drinks are good with coffee from a local roaster and nice views over the marina.

A mixed review...First impression was not great, with staff unsure of their job - almost to the point of being clueless. My first cup of coffee was dirty, and the milk jug I can confidently say had not been cleaned since in was purchased.There was a small wait for the food, however, worth it! Despite being no more than warm, they nailed it with this breakfast. Especially given the price point. Some infused oil on the mushrooms I'd guess with tasty meat and a pleasant kick from the avocado. Perfect portions to keep you going till tea time.Despite the lack of overall staff competence, I would likely revisit for breakfast.

Lovely food and nice atmosphere. The wraps have plenty of filling and taste great. If you don't want to sit outside then there are plenty of tables indoors. The sofa by the window is nice

Food and cocktails are good, if a little overpriced, but had a very unfortunate experience with a booking for a baby shower that wasn't upheld, and we had to wait until other people left and grab our own table. In the end we left and went elsewhere

Situated overlooking the harbour. Anna's Café offers a very pleasant environment. The staff are friendly and the menu varied. The food arrived very quickly and was well presented. And it tasted exceptionally well. Would definitely recommend.

Awful, ordered latte recieved a cold cappuccino, my grandaughters cheesy pasta was full off water (pasta hadnt been drained) and My burger looked like it was thrown together from a distance, truly awful, the sweet potato fries were nice though, not enough to entice me back again, oh and my other grandaughter wanted a ham sandwich, they brought cheese and ham then when confronted took it away and scraped the cheese off it and brought it back. shocking really for £36
