Food was amazing, staff were very friendly. Our waitress Leanne was very polite and attentive, would definitely recomend and we will be back again soon.

A lovely restaurant with a good range of food and drink-I had the fishcakes which were delicious.The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Billy behind the bar who was very attentive and made great cocktails!

Tonight we came with my mum 84 yrs.The team sat us away from the music which really helped us. Food was excellent and Maddie who served us was fab...oh and we loved her eyeshadow

Our booking was originally for 7:30 but pushed forward to 7 because apparently the kitchen closes early on a Sunday…. It would be useful if the option for later tables wasn’t there if they aren’t available when booking. The waitress was great and the food was lovely but we did say at the beginning that we’d probably order main and a pudding. When the waitress took our plates away she told us the kitchen was closed and we couldn’t order dessert. This was really irritating as if we’d have known earlier we could have done a pre order. She did check with the kitchen and who offered to do dessert except churros but unfortunately we were out off by this and decided to go elsewhere. It was a shame as our meal had the opportunity to be amazing. It was a real let down at the end.

Looking at what was great, decor, friendliness of staff, good choice and tasted deliciousWhat could improve on is noticing when people arrive and speed of service as we waited quite a while for mains to arrive but it was a Saturday the sun was out and you were very busy. Waiting staff very professional and friendly and apologised for the wait.

Payed a visit to The Greenhouse today for lunch with family. Lovely food, drinks were nice, and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Definitely be returning, well done The Greenhouse!

The food is delicious and atmosphere is very relaxing. Our waiter looked tired ( had a healing mark on his forehead) and sounded at times obrupt. Seabass was scrumptious! The best I have tried for years!! My family loved the food and will be coming back again.

Haven't been here for a long time but it was a lovely meal. Heartily recommend the beef Sunday roast which was followed by a mini brownie and ice cream and coffee.

firstly had to wait ages to be seated with no greeting/apology.Unfriendly approach when our order was being taken.I have never met anyone as rude as Dylan. So unprofessional and unpleasant. He was rude when I asked for a condiment and even continued to mutter under his breath after having to re ask 5 minutes later. Working in a customer service job this is not professional. He might also want to learn to smile at customers next time. The manager doesn’t want to know either when speaking to him about the service received. Wasn’t apologetic at all. Clearly they look down at customers if you don’t have that “look” about you despite spending a reasonable amount in there.Won’t be re visiting anytime soon, might want to give your miserable staff and Dylan a-bit of training for customer service skills and how to smile!
