Irton Hall in Copeland

Set on beautiful grounds, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, rooms are large, warm with comfortable beds. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service, went above an beyond to help. Relaxed vibe. Very good food. Lovely animals on the grounds. Not far away from things to do. Had a great Bank Holiday long weekend.

Absolutely stunning place to stay was surprised by family who took me away for a few nights for my 30th.. Would definitely go back clean and absolutely gorgeous.... The only thing is the beds are so loud when turning over in bed or getting up to go to the toilet I'd say keep the beds which fit with the decor and feel of the place but the mattress need to be changed and for the money new sofas up in the livingroom as they where so uncomfortable and one was broken.... Same with the sofas in the games room they where comfy in there but they where broken electric recliners for the money paid to stay it should all be working....

Great hotel in a great location. About 15 minutes drive from Scafell Pike. Food is top notch, staff were unbelievable helpful and friendly. En-suite could have done with a re-seal and grout but whirlpool bath was great. If you aren't a confident driver or passenger, avoid corny fell on your route and stick to the A595.

Beautiful place to stay. Staff, especially Jamie (thank you) were exceptional. I loved the three little pigs most of all. Soooo cute. Our car broke down on way here. Still waiting for it to be picked up now.

Lovely welcome from Jamie, didn't stop smiling from the minute we got there to the minute we left. So helpful, a genuine young man. Great service thoughtout, breakfast with second to none, cooked to perfection. Again breakfast staff prefect. Will definitely be coming back. Stayed in self catering cottage. The cottage was OK but the staff made the visit. Thanks all x

Nice venue, good size rooms, could do with the seal and grout redoing in bathroom, but still a nice place. Had breakfast which was nice enough. Would stay again

From check in to checking out we were made to feel like valued guests bit also friends. All the staff were friendly. The food and service were exceptional. Great sized portions too. The room was well furnished and comfortable. Jacuzzi bath was a nice touch. We will definitely go back again.
