Miners Arms in Copeland

Friendly local real ale pub that does a small but very good range of food all home made. Dog friendly and also a sheltered sunny beer garden. Open every day except Monday and Tuesday as seems normal around here.

Staff v friendly nice ale good outdoor seating area with tv and dog safe/friendly garden

Called at 1530hrs told they were serving food. Drove 20 minutes to get there only to be told no food as they had a large booking coming in soon. I explained we had called, got told it must have been ages ago, I explained no only 20 minutes. Got given menus and told to order straight away. We felt rushed and like we were in the way. We sat down with a menu that makes Macdonald's look Al a carte. Poor choice all oven and microwave meals. Appalling place, customer service and food. I'd rather gouge my eyes out with a rusty spoon than go back to this establishment.

Food was spot on , young girl that served us was lovely. Shame she was on her own, bless her. Definitely recommend for food and Definitely go back again

Really pleasant atmoshpere, great service and although we didn't eat, the menue looked good...Nice outside space and good selection of drinks....

Loved the food. Good to see covered outdoor seating in case it rains too.

Absolutely awful waitress was very good but food was disgusting home made pizza just dough and Tom sauce spread on it and roughly chopped ham give it a mise

Absolutely fantastic, great food, managed to squeeze our order in (even though they had a huge booking and shouldn't really have taken our order), staff were really friendly and helpful, even did a plain burger on a separate plate for the dog, can't recommend them highly enough 😊

A fantastic little pub. Great food, beautiful log fire, beer garden and a lovely friendly atmosphere.Fantastic gluten free menu and chips from a separate fryer.4 beautiful bedrooms if you need an overnight stay.Cannot recommend this place enough.

Wonderful, food and service. Home cooked using local suppliers.
