The Boot Inn Restaurant in Copeland

A really great family feel to this pub with high quality food and beer. Rooms were modern and well equipped, some with stunning views. Our top place to stay in the Lakes of the 8 on our walking trip.

Popped in here for lunch after being for a stroll around Boot. It's such a charming place. The smell of the food caught my attention. Greeted by a lovely team who managed to squeeze me and my partner onto a table inside and were pleased. There is a menu and also a specials board which is all easy to see. The food was exceptional and great portion sizes. The price was excellent for the quality of food given. If you ever go to boot try this place!

Once again we received a very warm welcome at this great pub. Several real ales were available, food was excellent and fast, in all, a lovely place to stop for lunch. Will come again for sure

We visited as a party of 9 and were looked after really well with excellent service and even better food. Stunning location. Family friendly. We visited in February but the beer garden looked great for the warmer months.

Absolutely excellent. A great sunny beer garden (our 1st pints in the sun of 2022) really friendly staff and great service. A very extensive and delicious menu. We ate there every night while staying in Eskdale. Try the salt and pepper chicken wings, they're the bomb! Can't wait to return.

Lovely pie and a decent pint. The chunky chips looked great but lacked flavour. Not the cheapest meal but it filled me up. Service was good, staff were really friendly.

Just returned from an amazing couple of days at the boot inn. From the minute we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome, all the staff were kind and very friendly. The room we stayed it was comfy very clean and well presented the bed was soooo comfy. The food was absolutely outstanding. (Especially the Christmas cake in our packed lunch). We will be back. Soon.

Lovely pub in a great setting. Had the Sunday roast which was lovely. Great Yorkshire pudding. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Was not too busy when I went but I suspect during tourist season it will get really busy. Highly recommend trying this place

Fab pub, lovely clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly helpful staff. Food was great, not just 1 chef but several members of staff cooking. A great selection of local beers. Lovely beer garden all sat in a beautiful location, and for people who like to talk what could be better than no television in the rooms. Loved this place and will definitely be back
