Not been for a long, long time. Obviously, changed hands. Not as much gift shop as was ,and not as much choice.Left feeling disappointed, often could pick up a unusual pressie for someone!

Honestly the best food weve had in a while! They definately didnt scrimp on the scrambled eggs and the homemade bread is amazing! My boyfriends tomato and lentil soup was also delicious. If your in the area...get yourself there!

Excellent café. Called in to this place as a last resort- everywhere else closed due to power cut. Really pleased we did! We chose a sausage baguette and a jacket potato with cheese and beans. Very nicely presented, well cooked and great service. We sat outside as it was really busy, luckily the weather was ok. Very dog friendly with an interesting little gift shop next door. Well worth a visit.

Had a lovely afternoon with my partner and dog Poppy who was very welcomed by staff and even provided with her own bowl of dog treats. Our food was lovely, thank you

Stopped off for some caffeine at the woodlands coffee cabin. Super coffee & very dog friendly. Popular and highly recommended.

Had spotted this on the map and decided to give it a try. We weren't disappointed!! Turned up just as it was opening and despite its rural location, plenty people had also turned up. After a look around the gift shop, we ordered tea and cakes for 2. Delighted that they also included our boy in the treats and brought out his own wee plate of gravy bones. (That goes a long way when someone makes a fuss of my boy!) I had THE biggest most amazing piece of bannoffee pie. Even though it was breakfast time, I was working off 2 hrs of sleep so needed the sugar fix 😆 . We loved this place and the staff were all very welcoming and we were served quickly. Would definitely recommend a visit here if you're in the area and if we come again would be making a pit stop for refreshments!! Thanks 😊

I really liked the staff and the people in general. This cafe attracts good people from all over the place and it makes a great spot for escaping the world. The food is good also so get something to eat if you can.

Stumbled across this place after I took a wrong turn, and we thought we should call in for a coffee and cake. How glad we did, they had a great selection of cakes/slices (we decided to go for the Baileys and Oreo slice). The slice was amazing as was the coffee.Would certainly recommend calling in here.Other people there were having high tea and it looked incredible and did the other food I saw come out of the kitchen. The staff were really friendly and there is a nice shop as well which sell various different bits and pieces, some of which would be perfect for gifts.Certainly worth making a trip here if you are in the area!
