Wetherspoons Bransty Arch in Copeland

What you would expect for a spoons. Nothing flash but a good standard compared to other spoons I've been in. Tables are quickly cleared and service is quick.Looking a bit worn out in a few areas, could do with an update and a freshen up, especially in the toilets.

Really good food, didn't have long to wait for food or drink to arrive. Staff were every helpful when a spoon was requested for child.

We had lovely meal but the reason i have only 4* ...our meal went to the wrong table ..then we waited a couple of minutes for cutlery & again we waited another few minutes to order more drinks..but through out all of this the staff were pleasant

Always enjoy my visits to the Bransty Arch. One of the better Wetherspoons. It is bright and airy inside. Very convenient to the railway station and the town and harbour front. A good selection of draught beers.

Went with two friends, one from Penrith one from Carlisle, both said the service and the food was excellent, also the cleanliness of the property was exceptional, unlike the properties in Carlisle and Penrith, which was totally opposite. Well done Whitehaven, I have never been before but would be happy to go back again. Bz

Had a nice breakfast. My girlfriend left her glasses on the table when we left. Can fault the staff they kept them until the next day. When we had another nice meal.

Good selection beer at good prices. Service is usually pretty slow. The food is OK. There are plenty of cocktails on offer.

Another good pub with friendly staff and a good choice of food and drink on the menu. Very airy and lots of natural light. Can get busy but spacious. Recommended the wetherspoons app to save time so you don't need to leave table apart from the call of nature

Good service from all staff that serviced our table, drinks and food . Ordering over the wifi with the app makes like easy, everything delivered promptly. The pub started to get very busy early for a Saturday night, we got there at 1630hrs and stopped 1.5hrs . Hope you find this review helpful and enjoy your stop at spoons.
