Bella Italia Center Parcs Whinfell in Eden

Pizzas were tasty, the tortellini was dreadful, not cooked properly and as a result very chewy.The welcome was friendly and the staff awareness of allergies was excellent, the best we have experienced in a restaurant, 10/10 for this.

We are here recently and the food was absolutely lovely however unfortunately we felt the service was very slow and not as good as the other restaurants on site.

Great family place. Always busy with good atmosphere. Recommended to book a table in advance.

Never been to bella Italian at windfell before, it was really nice and a lot larger than I thought it would be. Food and service was good, not cheap but not bad

Sorry but we were very disappointed with our meal on Sunday evening (21st November) £160.00 for four adults and two children which is not too bad, but we felt the food was second rate, my starter was dry ravioli with some grated cheese, no sauce appeared, the side of rosemary fries were missing the rosemary, my daughter-in-law managed to get her third choice, her first two weren’t available, the rest of the meals were mediocre & tasted like frozen food, one of the tastiest items was the garlic and cheese flat breads ( as sold by Sainsbury’s). Everything else was okay but not great,Certainly won’t go back and couldn’t recommend you. Homemade sausages and mash in our lodge was cordon bleu compared to what we were served.On the plus side your staff were good, but not enough to save you as far as we’re concerned.Moira Blythe

Booked a table over the phone. Made it clear we wasn't staying at centreparcs. He said it was fine. Drove 15 minutes to be refused entry by site security. Wasted journey and disappointing, your website needs to be more obvious (than a line of plain text at the back of a paragraph) that your restaurant isn't open to the public and your staff need to all be made aware of this.

Horrible!!!! Ordered calzone which was freezing and had some kind of freezing chunks of cream fresh in it and some pasta which had pork in it (wasn't listed on the menu) which was also freezing. Horrible food, was up all night with bad stomach after that. Bella italia proved to be awful once again🤮🤮🤮

Purchased 3 pizzas for a family of 6 at £38 for delivery to the lodge. Tiny to say the least. Please avoid the bella italia take out on your vacation.

We had a very nice family meal here on our last night. Menu catered for everyone and the pizzas were great!

Lovely food and good service it gets very busy so would book up to make sure you get a table.
