Burger King in Eden

Fish sandwiches were reheated in the oil. Disgusting. But this location has always been nasty. I was in a hurry to get to work and hoped the sandwiches would be as good as other locations.

Cold food and rude service. A smile and a thank you goes a long way.

The women at the drive up. I can't hear what she is saying. She cut you off very rude when you drive up to pay. French toast sticks over done everytime . Was of my money. Walks away with an attitude.

Hhad to have my Whooper. The young man at the pay window very bright, and cheerfully friendly. I immediately cheered up, and felt better myself.

Fresh food reasonable wait time & polite cashiers

Not to bad at all they refixed my food and it was ot better thank you very much and y'all come check this crew out...great job... customer service is key

Really no star.. went last night around 1030 waited in drive thru 5mins no one said anything went to window knocked once again they didn't come til 15mins later to tell me they were closed now if the outside lights and sign would have been off would not have went but the lights was on. So I went toWendy's got my food and went home and enjoyed my food. Probably won't go back for a few years if I every go back they were rude and they could have told me sooner they were closed and been nicer about it it took me 20 mins for them to tell me anything and again all lights were on only ones off was for dine in but with the pandemic going on I wouldn't have the dine in lights on either not making excuses for that. And some if not all didn't have masks on like the suppose too. Wendy's burger was better anyway.

The cashier could not hear the order. She seemed to have an attitude while taking my order. When I got to the window the price was cheap for 4 whooper meals in which I had a coupon I stated from the beginning. She kept telling me she had my order right. She FINALLY GOT THE CONCEPT THAT I WANTED 4 MEALS NOT 2. The food was not good compared to normal. They need more help and better drive thru staff. I will not be going back.

Drive thru order taker was not courteous and was rude. Food was past hold time (Hash browns, French Toast, Croissants) and bag preparer did not put Ketchup in the bag though asked.

The food here really never tastes good. You always get food that has been sitting around for who knows how long. You literally have to tell them to make the food fresh! Employees including managers could all stand to be retrained in customer service. I have come to the conclusion that BK just doesn't have good customer service period though, all the way up to customer relations. The meal I got here wasn't good at all. Sandwiches were not even at least warm. Had a very small amount of condiments on them as well.
