Dominos Pizza in Eden

Phoned to find out if they were taking orders, and was greeted with, "what?". Unreal. Worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service, the food came and one pizza was missing. They said there was nothing they could do and to contact head office at 9pm on a Saturday night. Do not use this dominoes you pay for a service you do not receive.

We order pizza and a few chicken sides, my girlfriend opened her box of chicken stripes to discover a long blonde hair. (It's not my girlfriends as she has red hair) we called dominos to tell them what we had found and to see if they could do anything and they told us that it could be a manufacturer issue. They then said they would send someone to pick up the chicken stripes and they would give us a coupon for a free side in the future, this never happened. Nobody showed up and no voucher was given. It felt like they said it just to silence us so I'm posting this review to make everyone aware.

Waited over half an hour for one large pizza that we had ordered ahead on the app because they gave the pizza to someone else. No apology what so ever. Not my first bad encounter with Dominoes Edenbridge

Of the handful of times I have ordered from this branch, I can't recall a time when I thought, "that was a decent pizza".The reoccurring issue I have noticed is the centre of the pizzas aren't cooked enough so the dough is of different consistency then the rest of the base, so when you pull the slice away, the middle part remain and you get 'half a slice' of pizza.Also, for the love of god, do not order Italian crust! Looks nothing like what is shown in the images, the crusts are huge and the base is actually less than wafer thin.Popcorn Chicken portion was quite generous to be fair.Wish Papa Johns was here instead, would actually settle for a Pizza Hut if it was here instead.

Pizza arrived and wasn’t cooked on one half, completely raw dough, called to explain to be told it is because there is bbq sauce on the pizza and that will make it look uncooked..... pretty sure I know what raw dough looks and tastes like.Was offered an exchange if we hadn’t consumed a slice, again unsure how we could realise it wasn’t cooked until trying some but hey, no resolution , no refund and no pizza wouldn’t reccomend gone so down hill.

The quality of food is going down rapidly.Garlic pizza bread barely has any topping and tastes more like tomato sauce. (Used to be very good!) Some slices only make one bite.Vegetarian pizza had zero cheese and way too much sauce so pizza tasted only like tomato sauce. Topping is mainly in the middle and not spread evenly. If Mr Domino's found this he would be very disappointed. We used to love them and ordered about 4 times a month, now it's once once every two month and the experience is putting us off.

What an absolute disgrace. Ordered online for delivery at 17.55. According to the app letting you know how your food is going it said it was out for delivery at 18.25. I phoned the shop at 18.53 to see where it had got to and was told about how busy they were as it was a Friday night but the driver was 4 minutes away and if it hadn't arrived by then to call back.I called back at 19.10 and without getting a word in was placed on hold being told they were busy. I then got my wife to call why I was still on hold and they answered to take an order from her, while I was still on hold! They soon realised that it was us but it was at this point our food arrived and we hung up as I needed to leave for work. It was cold and had to be reheated so it was edible. I shall be going down tomorrow to see the manager as I've no time before work or I'd be doing it now. For over £33 that was the worst eating experience I have ever endured.Plus the guy on the phone kept referring to me as "mate". I'm fairly sure we have never met so how he felt comfortable calling a stranger that I'm not sure.

Last time I’ll order from this branch.Every time without fail, deliver has taken between an hour 15 to an hour 45 minutes and arrived cold. Tonight it arrived cold, one pizza was different to the order online and even on the box.Good luck to anyone looking for a quick delivery and warm food...
