Our server Emily was fantasticThe food was good but The choice of veg was not great apart from peas and carrots every thing else was creamy. I don't do creamy and neither did my friend so had just carrots. I get the manager has a hard job but she didn't ask us if we put our number plate in and she didn't smile at all me and my friend are very bubbly people and that sort off killed the mood until we meet Emily our server.

We stayed in the neighbouring hotel and had the Breakfast and carvery. Both were outstanding and can only praise the chefs/cooks who made this. We definitely went up for more! Amazing staff who greeted us and said goodbye to us as we left home. Because of this service we went to rebook our hotel on another date but fully booked! Very pleased all round.

It was lovely. Even though it was only a quick visit the team were amazing. Boo who was carving gave me beef and pork and both were well received. I also had some beef dripping and ice cream.. amazing!

Roast potatoes were not fresh. Please don't tell me they were, as I cook the best going, and I can tell you they were re-heated. Brussels not cooked enough and horrible! Only nice part was the meat. Very sad, as we have come here for over 20 years, and sadly another of our favourite eating places cuts corners. (Probably yesterday's potatoes, and stopping the lamb also). We won't be back I'm afraid.

First off the 5 star rating is the service and the food for a take away order. I wanted a roast dinner and they did not disappoint.Arrived on time and walked straight to the pick up counter. They served me within a few minutes, which I didn't mind. But there was one server talking to a customer next to me, she might not have noticed me waiting. The manager asked if I was bing seen to and then helped get my order sorted. I think in and out was about 8 minutes. Not bad.The food was great though. Order was for a full roast and this came with several options, you have Gammon, Chicken, Turkey or Beef. You can choose with or without stuff and gravy options too.All options were well cooked and nothing was raw or over/under cooked. Given how close and easy this was I will be making this a regular. The roasties were particularly nice. Soft and fluffy inside with a nice crispy outer layer and some burnt edges. Wow!

Went here midweek for dinner with friends. It was relatively quiet, but the food was same quality as normal and amazing value for money.Went for the Carvery (it’s what they’re famous for)…. You go up to the Carvery counter, and select your meat(s) from a chef who carves it for you. You then can add as much veg to your plate as you like, and add your gravy and sauces. The food is tasty, and plentiful, whilst being very reasonably priced.

Very good service - it’s a clean well run operation - I used to go to the Toby in Bexleyheath but much prefer the Eden Park outlet because it’s a brighter more attractive interior - staff are very well trained helpful and efficient. Great for a belly busting Sunday roast any day of the week for around a tenner - bare in mind Sunday prices I think are a bit higher than during the week - book online using the app much easier than calling. Remember to put your car Reg in at the greeting desk for free parking. Bon apetit.

Visited here after a years absence. The restaurant is located on the main road and to reach the car park you need to turn down a side road. The carpark itself is quite small and is used by hotel guests and restaurant users. Unfortunately due to arriving during the Sunday lunchtime rush the carpark was full. There is street parking nearby but please adhere the notices as I think there are parking restrictions during the week.Upon entering I was greeted by 2 friendly members of staff who kindly showed me to my table. The tables were clean despite a lot of traffic from people coming and going. The pub is quite bright compared to a lot of places which tend to be on the dark side. The waitress was very kind and friendly when taking our orders and we promptly queued for the carvery. 5 choices of meat on offer and the only downside is that the portions of meat the staff give you do seem to be getting smaller. Lots of veggies to make up for the lack of meat and a whole host of condiments on offer.Food was delicious and my plate didn't stay full for long! Unfortunately I was too full for pudding but, they did look lovely and I saw others enjoying them.Prices are very reasonable. I will visit again.Thank you Toby and the team!

Happy days. Glad to be back, come hungry leave happy. Gracious service with a smile. The lamb was excellent and the Gammon was divine! Carvers are precise with their cuts, could be just a little tiny more. FYI, bring your own Tabasco! 😎 🔥 if you want a bit of spice! 🌶

This branch is doing really well amongst the pandemic precautions. Everywhere felt clean, safe and socially distanced. It was understaffed when we visited and our lovely waitress was run off her feet. She still showed great care for us.We didn't get to utilise the refill drinks as you have to wait for staff to do it for you now, but they were so busy. Food was delicious, lots of options for myself as a vegetarian. Accessible parking and step-free access/seating also a huge bonus.
