Wonderful deli, full of locally sourced produce. Wish we had space in our bags to take more home!

Bought a slice of coffee cake and it was the best I’ve ever had! I’m not always the biggest fan of buttercream but the one on top of this cake was exceptional. I will definitely be getting the same next time! The lady who served me was very friendly too :)

Good variety of local produce not available elsewhere

Nice shop but they need to make a proper cheese and onion pie. Got one yesterday it was nothing but mash potatoes no flavour at all. Plus pastry thick to. But the cakes were ok.

Lovely shop with great range of deli products. Brilliant variety of cheeses. Bakery section has a good selection of bread, cakes and scones. Love their Cherry and their Sultana scones. Staff always very helpful and polite.

That is exactly the kind of establishment where you should complain about the services. If you’ve been asked to pay a high price for your food and services, then they should live up to its standard.Haughty attitude for privilege customers.Business is good at James & John Graham even during this difficult time.

Superb place with loads of esoteric food choices. Great for lunches, drop in for a coffee or a snack, and whilst you're there pick up some excellent local products.Also one of the best places I've been to in terms of COVID compliance and safety. Well done.

This really is the crown jewels of Penrith. From the ground up every part of this business is quality and the food is exceptional. I just popped around the corner to grab my lunch... The mushroom leek and blue cheese pie, oh my god!!
