Kennedys coffee house in Eden

Very saddened to leave this review but it is absolutely necessary.Arrived this afternoon to order a simple salad. Salads are not on the menu but the lady was so kind and offered to make me one regardless. I was really under the impression that it would be quick as salads usually are and I was on a 30 minute lunch break meaning that I had little time.The wait time exceeded 20 minutes and I had to ask for a refund and leave as I would be late for work. I was very saddened as the team working there saw me anxiously waiting and didn’t give me any accurate updates on my order resulting me in leaving, with not eating at all and spending money that I now have to wait for. I was not offered an apology or anything to make up for this inconvenience. I will not be returning, I have been totally ignored and forgotten about as a customer and I am so upset to have received such a terrible service.

Fantastic and by far the best cafe in LS16. The owners / staff are all amazing and I highly recommend for those of you that have not yet been to pay them a visit. They sell the best almond croissants ever

Lovely place! We ordered coffees to collect and they were ready as I arrived, hot and delicious coffee, served with a smile! Will absolutely be going back again soon to order food, it's a perfect location for me to grab a bite :)I honestly cannot say enough good things about Kennedy’s, the staff are lovely, and the food is incredible. One of my absolute favourite sandwiches is from this lovely place. Highly recommended :)

My favourite cafe, I visit at least once a week! Staff are so friendly and welcoming, great North Star coffee and amazing value delicious food with huge portions. Big fan of the Yorkshire pudding wrap and the sandwiches, and the breakfast stack. Highly recommend!

Really friendly. Delicious range of cakes, brownies and coffee. We came in 15 mins before closing and were happy for us to stay a little longer to finish up.

We couldn't get in next door where we were aiming, and you were so kind, let us all (9 netballers) squidge in, were amazingly efficient, served delicious food at incredible value. Thank you for making our day! Fusion Netball girls xx

A wonderful family breakfast. Full English breakfast was plenty big enough (my wife had the smaller version) and the egg, sausage and bacon were all perfectly cooked and so full of flavour - all locally sourced too. My daughter couldn't finish her breakfast bap (sausage, bacon & hash browns) so took the remaining half home! My son really enjoyed the pancakes with berries, bacon & syrup. They were kind enough to serve it exactly as he asked for it (no yoghurt, no blueberries and golden syrup instead of maple - much appreciated. The staff here are lovely. The atmosphere they create is relaxed and friendly whilst the cafe itself is light, bright, clean and welcoming. A number of us were enjoying the relaxed dining in option (they also have outdoor seating) with many more opting for the takeaway option. I look forward to returning...

Had an excellent breakfast here. The service was very friendly and quick. The small Full English was easily enough. Very tasty. Plenty of vegetarian options too. We loved 'Keepers' which was in this spot before, but I think Kennedy's might be even better!
