KFC in Eden

Super slow. They told me I had to wait on popcorn chicken to pick up order. 6 minutes later they scream out we need more popcorn chicken, which probably means they just gave away all the chicken for the doordash order to the drive-thru customers. Inside lobby is not the cleanest.

The food and service was great but it was too cold in the dinning room.

Fries not even half full and one chicken tender not even 2 inches long and 3 tenders burnt

Deja provided wonderful customer service and the food was prepared fresh and perfect. I consistently get great service here that stands out in a town full of indifferent quick service restaurant workers, so I really appreciate that!

Still the worst KC i've every been to. If it doesn't take an hour to get your food, they dont refund on online order you didnt get (thanks for stealing), and today we got 4 combos and every single one of them was wrong. Shouldve turned it into a parking lot when it blew up.

Good food and service. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived, but all tables had been used but not cleaned after. So I had to clean a table myself.

Usually my husband goes to pick up our food. I've always wondered why it takes so long. I walked in the door at 6:04. I was finally able to order at 6:22. I got 90% of my food at 6:52. At 7:03 when the gal I asked to get my missing items still hadn't grabbed my biscuits and cookies for me, I left. I will not be going back. The employees move slowly, the floor was sticky, and there were other customers trying to complain that they hadn't received their full order.

I have been to this location in Eden NC several times and always had a good meal and dining experience. Of special note is an attractive young lady named Kisha who works there. She has taken and prepared my order several times with a sweet sassy attitude that will make you smile. This is by far one of the best kfc’s I have been too.

For the amount of money that people buy for food. You should get your money worth including customer service, quantity of food, and quality of food. Paid $7.30 for a 3 wing combo and these 3 wing equal to about one wing Restaurants owners and Managers customer only asking for better service and quality.

Order was correct, service was fast and delicious! Highly recommend. (This is a famous bowl with no corn)
