A very friendly teashop. Delicious cakes and good service.

Excellent stop on a bike ride. Very good toasty and coffee. Lots of room to eat out or in. Everything home made and fresh.

We had 4 small breakfasts, they were served efficiently piping hot, great quality produce, with very friendly service as usual

Village cafe, offering simple food of good quality. Lots of walkers as well as locals were being served by cheerful, attentive staff.

Great little place. Car park is a little tight but plenty of places to park further down, tremendous selection of cakes. Staff are all delightful. Oh and a proper bacon sausage and egg sarnie, no half portions here!

A superb cafe in Orton, Cumbria. Ideally suited for the local and fell Walker alike. It offers a range of local food at reasonable prices, a selection of secondhand books to buy (in aid of local charities), and outdoor seating. It is accessible for disabled and wheelchair users having a ramp and disabled toilet inside. A tourist office for the Dales is attached - but at time of writing this was still closed. Well recommended.

Very friendly staff, clean cafe, quick service, reasonable prices.If you don't eat meat there are probably at least three things on the menu you can have, but the selection isn't intensely exciting. I had a soup off the specials board that was very nice.Very pleasant place to stop for some lunch.

Great place to call in if youre in the area,huge breakfasts,i can see me making this a regular stop off on my outings.
