Sportsman Inn in Eden

Lovely food as always. Reduced menu to what we have experienced in the past, but actually it was a good selection and I imagine has something for everyone. Service was attentive and speedy without feeling impersonal. It has become a highlight of our biannual trips to my in laws.

The carvery was beautiful! Very accommodating as we didn't have a table booked. Will definitely be back :)

Good choice of local cask ale including Taylor's Landlord, and Vocation Bread And Butter. Great views from the outdoor seating.

Came here on Sunday a party of 15 the food across the board was amazing! We all had the correct order and the place runs like clock work! Thank you so much! Aged between 5-85 there’s definitely something for everyone! Lots of parking and beautiful garden! Will come again to try the carvery!

Friendly, welcoming staff greeted us when we arrived to stop overnight in the motorhome. We had booked in advance and enjoyed a lovely evening meal and Sunday carvery the next day.

Love this place. Always a friendly face and they are very obliging. Great environment to chill out in after a walk in the local area. Great menu catering for all dietary needs. Highly recommend.

Poor Christmas lunch, the vegetables hadn't seen a grain of salt, the Turkey was sliced far too thickly and had the texture of cardboard, the custard on the Christmas pudding was nowhere sweet enough and that was made worse by the tart berries on top. One of our party of 12 was unable to attend the lunch due to a fall and hadn't informed the restaurant (she is in her 80's) they insisted we pay for her meal. No good will whatsoever. We go to this restaurant every month, their day to day menu is lovely, but sorry Sportsman's Inn you have lost customers
