Subway in Eden

I went to subway on Tuesday around 5:30 as i wanted something quick to eat as I hadn’t eaten that day, i ordered a roast chicken breast six inch and it was the only thing i ate that day. I started feeling a little ill around 7/8, got home at 10:30 and no more than 15 mins later i was throwing everything up but nothing was coming out until i was coughing midway through heaving and coughing up chunks of food. This lasted all night until i was just throwing up bile. I would not recommend eating here, i have never had food poisoning before and the doctor said i was in a really awful state. Aching all over and could not get out of bed yesterday and now its Two days later and my chest and ribs are in agony because of how long i was heaving for and not being able to throw it up. I’m appalled, the lady behind the counter didn’t look like she even wanted to be there either, was basically hurrying me out of the door. Your health and hygiene needs to be sorted! If this had happened to a child or elderly person it could have killed them.

Best service by Staff named Magda and Malwina.Very good service with smiley and happy faces which put positive impact on customers.My sun was filled with fresh veggies.It was delicious .Very clean store and professional staff Highly recommended✌️

I adore this restaurant a lot. It has a different mood. The kitcen is exeptionaly good. the service is effective and the crew is courteous. The cost is honest. I warmly recommend.

Ordered online through the app, got to the store at the requested time and the food was not prepared. What’s the point of having an online ordering facility if they don’t bother preparing the orders received?Despite waiting 10 mins for the sandwiches to be made they were cold and the vegan meatballs were semi frozen.Will not order from here again.Useless staff.

While I’m sure the food will be fine, the customer service was simply shocking. Monosyllabic speech. No sign on types of bread. They toasted mine without asking and when I asked for another I got the rudest look. It was like they didn’t want to be there and they certainly didn’t want you to be there. The franchise owner needs to sort these 2 out. Afternoon staff on Saturday 4 May!!

DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT WE ORDERED AND GOT NO EXPLANATION.We ordered two cold subs from here at 8:15pm, they did not arrive until 9pm which was unusual as cold subs normally take less time than this. Every time we have ordered in the past the sauces have come on the side so as my partner does not like sauce he adds sauce anyway so I can have them if I want as they are included in the price of the sub, since they come on the side (usually) this is convenient and does not contaminate his meal. Today however, without warning, the sauces were put on the subs. Furthermore, I ordered ranch with my sub but no ranch was delivered on the side or on my food, there was no explanation for this. As well as this, the drinks we ordered were not the drinks that arrived.When we tried to call to address these issue, which was as soon as we realised, the shop had shut so there was nothing to be done.Would love an explanation for this and some kind of refund as my partner couldn’t eat his meal.

Very small Subway next to the bus station, the store is very small, there is no signs on what types of breads that was available, the woman behind the desk was not very helpful at all and almost looked annoyed when I wasn't sure on what bread I wanted to choose, she actually didn't say too much at all, no customer care at all, perhaps it was because of a lack of English, oh and then she gave us someone elses sub at the end obviously to busy dealing with other matters instead of the customer ie me! Won't return to that Subway but will go to others

Absolutely the best Subway, staff are always cheerful and keep the place clean and tidy, quick service and fresh warm bread always available. I don't know why but they make fuller and tastier sandwiches as opposed to other subways I've been too.

Freaking not cool to having one person without experience in a rush time. I had 7minutes to bus so normally It will be done without any problem but not when one amateur making coffee for a 4minutes! It is not a 10pm to chill... If you guys rushing for a bus, don't waste time on subway. Definitely not this one.

Love subway. Good for those picky people as you can choose everything including the bread!. You also get to see exactly how they handle it as it is see through glass. As well as all of that, it won't "break the bank"e.g you can get a sandwich and drink for just £3
