Taste of Eden in Eden

I popped in to get some afternoon snacks, we had savory cheese scones and cheese cakes, it was absolutely delicious, good price and very friendly people.

Delicious Jaffa cake slice. Pot of tea was much appreciated. Friendly staff.

Food was beautifully fresh. Soup and baguette was delicious. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Visited today 10 Nov 2021 . Only popped in for a takeaway soup but what a surprise! Virtually everything homemade from pie’s savouries, cakes , baguettes with awesome fillings. Best homemade soup ever . Will be sitting down next time in this warm , cosy tardis of a cafe .

Having eaten a delicious slice of Jaffa orange traybake a couple of years ago, I requested a whole traybake for my Halloween themed big birthday party. It was superb; not only moist and tasty as usual, but decorated with cobwebs, spiders and ghoulish pumpkins. It was the highlight of the (small) party. Many thanks to Tastes of Eden for making so much effort.

Very accommodating staff, great service, good food, well presented, large selection of cakes and tray bakes.

Travel up and down to Scotland and it's the best place I've found for gluten free cakes. Pity it closes at 5 when travelling after work.

Food fine. Watch out for pricing, those displayed are for taking out - eating in are not shown and considerably more! A bit misleading. Somebody, obviously in the know, ordered his food and ate the same on the wall outside!

Nicely kept local cafe/shop, a pleasant place to have a drink or a bite of lunch. Not a large establishment but the staff are very pleasant and the food is a great deal better than what you would get at a super market or food chain.Expect to pay £2.60 for a cheese savoury baguette and £1 for a large Egg Custard tart. Cheaper than greggs and all home made!
