The Lounge Hotel and Bar in Eden

Fabulous room, with great extras, lovely, welcoming staff and an amazing breakfast included. Couldn't fault a thing! Lovely atmosphere in the bar/restaurant and a great selection of drinks Will definitely return. Thank you!

Really nice pub never stayed overnight but visit Penrith alot as a lorry driver. Over the last few years they tend to shut when they want to... l was in last night which was a Tuesday it was quiet but they stayed open till 23:00 Tonight which is Wednesday there is alot more people in but shutting at 22:30... don't understand??? Think it's when the manager wants to go home.. if this place was landlord owned they would of stayed open till at least 23:00 FFS there are people in here wanting to drink..

As soon as you walked through the door you were made very welcome. Staff are very friendly always had a smile. Food was DELICIOUS. Never left hotel until this morning as the atmosphere was very friendly. Would highly recommend and will be back xx

Friendly service when checking in. We had some late lunch - attentive service and great portion sizes for our "light lunch" - Garlic Flatbread and Chicken Nachos is a definite recommendation!

The best place to eat lunch. I've worked my way through most of the menu and never had a bad meal. Great atmosphere, reasonably priced, my fav place by far.

Brilliant Atmosphere , very nice and friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Never been before but definitely will go again. Rooms are nice for the price , clean and a comfy bed.

Our room was good and the breakfast equally as good. The parking is quite a distance, however. I marked it down from 5 star because the evening staff were disappointing in handling an awkward situation.

Fantastic hotel, rooms lovely so clean and spacious. Breakfast was great, quirky choices as well as traditional breakfasts. Would definitely visit again.

We recommend room 18. The staff were really attentive and it has a family run quality to it. The menu had a modern twist and has some lovely plant based dishes, but still kept a traditional feel which was great if you fancy an old skool traditional breakfast. The highlight was the bed, amazing, hand on heart it was the only hotel bedroom both me and my wife have had a great night sleep on. We will be coming back.
