The Pancake House in Eden

Very busy, staff seemed overworked. Order was incorrect (wrong ice-cream) as well as giving orders to the wrong people. Water came with lime, and ordering system is poor (the option to order with a server exists, but is not encouraged). Pancakes are of middling quality.

Lovely and tasty. Had a few different pancakes and waffles for a family of five and was reasonably priced. Not too happy about having to use a qr code to order but staff were OK with that and did it the good old fashioned way.

Went at check in time which worked out brilliant as was quiet. Great food just a bit frustrating having to order on app. Would rather have had a waiter/waitress help

Nice pancakes but as with everything in these complexes it's a rip-off, also having to order via an app that didn't work takes the table service element out of it and no doubt saves on a human wage.

If you love Pancakes, then The Pancake House is absolutely for you.We came here on the 2nd day of a our stay. There was 6 adults and one 9 month old.Lots and lots of choices, menu is vast.Myself and the wife opted for all day breakfast on a pancake, banoffee waffle and a chocolate pancake stack.All 3 dishes was great, I'm assured that what the family also ordered was up to scratch.Only downsides were the prices, which were to be expected and the ridiculous app you had to order from. It was the only one that failed constantly when trying to order. In all the other restaurants it was fine, for whatever reason, it wasn't playing ball here. In the end, a waitress took our order.4*.

Had American style waffles, simply used the app and paid direct. Only problem was.... I had to put up with my family as I enjoyed my breakfast.

Thank goodness someone is still making pancakes 😋, still a lot of eating places at CParcs and the pancake house is one of them,when the kids were small all they wanted to do was swim,then go into the pancake house, somethings never change.

Service was really quick, food was so great we came back again in the same week. Have to order on your phone but its not that hard and if you can't manage then the staff will take your order by hand.

Had the breakfast omelette what a rip-off! £10 for a wafer thin omelette with about a quarter of a sausage, almost a rasher of bacon and a few mushrooms, all completely tasteless.We already knew the food at Center Parcs is massively overpriced but this is just a joke. Definitely won't bother again.

Delicious savoury and sweet pancakes and waffles to be enjoyed, we had the spanish fiesta pancake and a black forest pancake stack (pic). Great service and free organic baby food to top it off!, highly recommended.
