Bakes and Cakes in Fylde

This is a love cafe but be careful eating outside because lots of sterlings come around you and try to steal your food. Otherwise you cannot sit inside

Had two coffees and cakes .Had to wipe and clean our table ,no plates or napkins given to us .Floor not clean and a smell of unrine .We won't be coming here again .

Bakes and Cakes is a lovely little bakery. The food is delicious and very reasonable. They are always very busy and the young girls that serve you are very pleasant and quite efficient. However the middle aged woman who does the tea and coffee is quite grumpy and never smiles She is sometimes quite rude. It's a shame that one person spoils the whole shop and could stop people coming in

Oh my goodness, I bought a bakewell slice from this bakery and it was absolutely delicious. I have been googling recipes all weekend thinking about trying to recreate it as I don’t live in st Annes! You must try the cakes here!!

Great family run bakery cafe. Mark. And staff very friendly. Great selection of pies. Sandwiches. Cakes. Breakfast food. And drinks. Providing great service under so much pressure during very challenging times during covid restrictions. Prices are really competitive.Keep up the good work. We really appreciate it. Best bacon butties .

Always reliable there has only been a few times where they haven't has something in stock and that is mainly to do with supplier issues so it isn't really there fault apart from the staff are lovely and know what they are doing plus it's never too crowded so the wait times are never too bad.

A smashing little bakery. Always busy. The prices are so cheap. A small area to sit and also a toilet at the rear of the cafe, this could have done with a once over, the floor was dirty and no toilet roll. Two cups of tea for £2.40 . The cakes are beautiful. They also sell hot roast meat sandwiches, hot soup, toasted teacake and a selection of pies, pasties and sausage rolls.

Nothing gluten free, at all and rather unhelpful when I asked. Then wouldn't serve me plain chicken off the carvery, I had to have it on a sandwich! Very strange state of affairs

Was a regular visitor but service was rude and the toilets are closed.I thought toilets should be provided if you sit down inside or out I presume it’s your seats.Shame we was a regular customer but now go just round the corner to a more friendly one.

Great food, great seating area to watch the world go by, great value and friendly helpful staff, the owner always goes the extra mile my 1 year old nephew wanted marmalade on his toast but they had run out so the owner went straight out to buy some for him. Amazing customer service a must if you are in st Anne’s!
