Nice staff and good atmosphere. Decent food. Sadly they were going through the process of changing the menu the night we were in so a couple of the things were fancied were off. I had a nice steak there š

Very quiet at 13.30hrs on a spring Thursday. Quick service with polite staff. Gents toilets clean but loo seat detached from toilet bowl, blow dry hand dryer not working .Our table wanted cod and chips x 3 but told not available so we went for alternatives. Would visit again.

I went to the bell and bottle for a meal last night with friends. The food was delicious and the customer service was 10/10 as always. There wasn't a long wait for food and drinks which is an added bonus. Iāve been to the bell and bottle a few times now because of the food and the overall experience. I have recommended the bell and bottle to family and friends and theyāve had the same experience. I definitely recommendšCalvin the assistant manager is terrific. He is friendly and nothing is ever too much, heās also very welcoming and bubbly, goes the extra mile for the customers.

Called for lunch was quiet on arrival but soon got busier. Waitress was really nice and attentive we got our drinks quickly and food soon after. Overall a nice experience which we will repeat soon

Food very poor. There was a hair in the gravy. The food had no flavour and tasted like they had been been frozen and microwaved.The chairs were dirty and unpleasant.The staff were awkward and the customer service was shocking.We complained about the food and the girl said she would let the kitchen staff know. We didnāt get any money off the food, we didnāt have a manager come over. The staff didnāt seem like they cared.We left without speaking to a manager and without an apology after complaining twice and not finishing our food

Had a really nice meal here tonight. I had hunters chicken, the chicken was perfectly cooked, hot and crispy chips and a nice side salad. Hubby had scampi and chips which he really enjoyed. We both had a dessert and a drink. Grand total Ā£28. Would recommend and will definitely return.

Food was OK. Tasted good, but as my friend didn't want to eat, it was actually very expensive for a chicken burger. They threw in a 'free' dessert, which was a small chocolate sponge cake and some ice cream. The beer (Wainwright's) was too nice. 7 of those went down very nicely....

Very enjoyable evening! Food was delicious and ready good service. The pub was very quiet for a Saturday night but we all enjoyed our night.

Dogs allowed into the pub whilst you are eating which is fab! Staff friendly and two for one on all items so not to expensive. Food very average, and disappointing, it did feel fresh or classic or modern, very jumbled
