We like going for breakfast together on a Saturday. However, thought we would try Dalias, tried before but we weren't impressed, but hey ho it may be better now. No it was worse than ever. Food on the floor under tables, dirty tables (glad I had wipes in my bag) even my pat of butter had obviously been on some one else's plate as the foil wrapping had dried sauce or something on.. Cold plates cold food at the buffet, no doubt if I had ordered from the menu it would have been the same skinny sausage same salty bacon same poor quality mushrooms. Hot chocolate was OK though. 😏

It was breakfast buffet, we ordered our ten piece buffet, as I'm a no pork eater I ordered vegetarian sausages. Which came out and were sat on the same bane Marie as the ordinary pork sausages... Then after our meals was plated up we then had to wait another five minutes for our eggs hard which was ordered same time as sausages🤔.. We get our meals back all dry and not even hot.... Really spoilt our whole experience to be fair... During lockdown the meals were freshly cooked and served nice and hot... I'm afraid I won't be going back... Shame as I once loved this place....

Very disappointing. Arrived at 3pm and told no hot food or sandwiches available. Ordered coffee and scones. About 40 minutes later asked for another coffee but told we couldn't have one as they were closing at 4(eventhough the site said 5). At quarter to 4 we were asked to leave as they were catering elsewhere. Why not say this when we arrived. Very poor customer service.

Took nearly 2 hours for a portion of chips to be delivered that was missed of an order that my wife placed and when my wife rang numerous times the women on the phone was very cocky and smart with her answers constantly trying to correct my wife on the time it had taken. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. But I would recommend the call handler getting some customer service training as hers is very poor.

That’s how you start a day with the jumbo breakfast. Perfectly cooked and tasted sooooo good. The breakfast was massive for £5 normally I order from places and get a tiny portion then I’m hungry half hour later. Only negative is they could do with getting bigger sausages as the ones they use are real thin but non the less taste good.Chips are good from there aswel to be fair I was so full could only manage a few.Defo recommend if you want a nice tasting filling breakfast. ..

Very disappointed - waited an hour for the food, ordered toasties and a ploughman's. It was quiet but we were told it was busy in the kitchen when we enquired about the delay. First visit for some in our party and one had to return their coffee due to a dirty glass. The chips were cold - but didn't return them as we had waited so long. Overall the food was OK.

What a terrible place to order from. Where do I begin 2 hours it took for my food to come. I called an hour and ten minutes to ask where my order is it’s just gone now after 45 mins after I called again. It just left. That’s what they said 45 mins ago. I will not come back. They lied to me what great customer service that was. Food is cold as well. Please Dahlias Cafe sort yourself out.

Took nearly three hours to arrive, no one answered the phone to me 4x, food came just about warm had to eat it because i had been waiting so long I would have eaten my leg otherwise. Order took that long I had to drive to the place just to ask if they had my order, in which case they told me it was on its way (1 hour 45 mins after it should have arrived). Just saying not great service would not recommend for delivery for sure

Food was amazing, everything tasted so fresh and hot. . Drinks are good prices too. Considering it was a large party of people and it was very busy the staff were incredible and so lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to visit here for food again.

Lovely cafe bolted onto a garden centre. Great way to spend a few hours. Came here for lunch on a weekend, sat outside on a nice terrace. They even had a singer on! Food was very good, I had a fabulous chicken Club but it did take long time to arrive. Amazing desserts here, huge slabs of homemade cake. There is a nice gift shop next door, then the garden centre. Free car park serving it all. Very popular, lost of people coming and going. Enjoyable.
