KFC in Fylde

Absolute chaotic experience. Went through drive through. Told to park up wait for food, waited 45 mins before going in to enquire. Food turned up, gravy was like water and was returned, chicken was like card board, very stale. Seemingly everyone was having same experience. A lot of angry folks. Lesson to KFC, prioritize on site customers instead of lazy able people who use deliveroo. Shut down the Drive thru if cant cope. Get a manager to speak to customers. Customer Service goes along way instead of ignoring people

Young lad was pleasant enough but clearly needed more staff helping him out. Waited 5 mins after being told to wait a minute at drive through speaker, 15 minutes for my food after ordering, then no straw or bag given to me, just the box.

Usually really good, however i orderd a boneless banquet box meal which you get 3 chicken fillets, chips, a side and popcorn chicken - today they did not give me popcorn chicken and the chips were cold. Chicken was ok but a bit chewy, because they didn't give me popcorn chicken I didn't get the whole meal which I was paying for.Disappointed today but is usually very good!

Not great. It was very quiet. Used the drive through and had to park up for 15 minutes. Gravy not in the bag so went it to get that. The gravy was almost see through defiantly tasted like something was missing I’ve never had kfc gravy like that before, horrible.Oh and nice one for putting the coleslaw on top of the chips so they where nice and refrigerated for when I got home. Much appreciated. Wouldn’t have happened if you stocked up on the box meal boxes.2 stars as the burgers where good.

I wish I could give it zero stars that's how abysmal the place is.All the comments about how appalling it is are correct, staff just don't care and aren't apologetic at all. Waited for what could have been nearly an hour with not a lot of people in the queue, to receive food that looked as though it had been taken out of the bin and put together to make a new meal- they mustn't of had any salad however.I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs that's how bad it was.

Why can you never get the order right just spent over £30 get home 2 tiny pots of Gravy 3 large ordered no beans 1 large ordered. Not about to drive 6 miles back to the store. Tried phoning no reply. Had to park up to wait for the order too.Please advise this is not the first time this has happened.

Everything was cold and the gravy was like brown water. How the manager of this place has not been replaced is beyond me. The staff walk around half asleep and were messing up multiple orders simultaneously. Don't even try the drive through unless you have an hour to kill and don't care what you get. The reviews speak for themselves and nothing has changed over the years. AVOID…..just go next door to burger king

For what is essentially supposed to be a fast food outlet, especially having a drive thru, there are a number of issues. We have visited the outlet on a number of occasions over the last 18months and found the food to be acceptable, staff service adequate but the whole food ordering through to delivery of the food process has been exceptionally slow and frustrating. I hope they are able to resolve these issues.

Food was Ok, but not alot of it. However the place was filthy. Had to clean own table and bins over flowing. Poor management all staff hanging about on break no doing anything. still no coffee after 2 years either. Joke of a place. To top it off, the door is impossible to operate and crushed a child's arm. Drinks had no lids that fit.
