McDonald's in Fylde

Staff went above and beyond to help. Me/ my daughter and great granddaughter. And we didn't even stay there. But will be next year.we stayed at the Lawton it's sister hotel but car broke down.

Great one this one of the cleanest and best I've been in in this area.Food was piping hot and ready I'm under 10mins from ordering to received.Nice staff to.

Very friendly gentleman brought my meal to my table. Very polite man and when I was standing up to leave he came straight over and took my tray for me, can't praise this member of staff enough. If only all mcdonalds staff were as friendly.

Food was cold, had a raw onion and a raw gerkin oh and not to forget my cheese wasn’t melted and chips weren’t warm. I ain’t happy sort it out just to add a lil spice to my review my drink was also F.L.A.T I could’ve spent my money on somet more useful 😘

30 minute wait for food going through the drive through. When I got home, the supposed. Large fries was barely a third full in the carton. The Grand Mac I ordered looked like everything had just been thrown in the box. It also tasted weird like old onions etc. Threw it in the bin after a couple of bites for fear of getting food poisoning. Won't be going to McDonalds Cherry Tree Rd any time soon. Shabby. Very shabby.

Still no gluten free food except chips.It's clean but noisy as you would expect. I go for coffee mainly as its better than the brown glue at costa a lot cheaper and they pay taxes unlike the coffee chains. Just think about that if you use the coffee chains. After all you pay tax. So they get to pay NO tax and also charge stupid money fo a coffee.

Very poor, ordered on the app and food was brought out to the car. Chips were cold as standard, Big Mac's cold and dry and looked like a 1/2 n 1/2 pizza rather than a burger, half the lettuce, cheese n sauce on the bun the rest in the box not even touched the other side and the drinks flat as per. Management really need to do more quality checks here, previous occasions you just get sent a voucher and they promise they will look into it and improve but nothing changes, all for FAST FOOD but not when it comes like this at the expense of the quality you'd expect. Hopefully the Burger King planned around the corner gets a shift on, might give them the wake up call they most desperately need.

The staff were so helpful. Without prompting they helped me get my children settled and helped keep my table clear when we made a terrible mess. And all with a patient smile and a word of reassurance!

Called for breakfast first time i had sausage and egg muffin was very nice sat inside McDonald's, will call again on visit to Blackpool amateur radio rally.
