Shop and garage good. Potholes in road leading in and out of morrisons Felixstowe are bad and dangerous. Been like it for weeks. Need to be sorted before someone gets hurt.

I love Morrisons. I don't always shop here, there shelves always seem full, which makes it great to walk around and always find what you want, prices have gone up but where hasn't. There bread, cakes, and pies etc, are brilliant, lovely pastry on all. There meat pies two for £2.00 are really meaty, worth a try.

Went into the cafe for breakfast. Nobody at the till for about 5 mins. People were coming in after us and storming out.The cutlery was absolutely filthy, how staff couldn't see that when they put them out for customers is beyond me. I informed one of the members of staff and her answer was it would help if they gave us equipment that worked 😲. I said it's not very good with Covid levels rising again! I had already ordered my breakfast so got some boiling water from the drinks machine to wash my cutlery. Won't be going back!

Great selection of fresh foods and friendly staff. Morrisons Marketplace appears to be unique now amongst the major supermarkets with their serve over counters offering bakery, butcher, fishmonger and more.

Been going there for over 20 years, like the market place consept. Able to buy fresh products, not every thing pre packed?

Rude customer service in the cafe.4 of us entered the cafe today 19th June at around 2.45A couple of people were already at the till area with a tray of tea / coffee but were told there was no breakfast available so they left unhappy. The lady said they were clearing up ready for closing and that there wasn’t much left in the way of hot food. But I think the tone in which it was said was what made them leave. We asked if there was any pie left and she said yes. We asked if we could have it with chips instead of the mash and she said yes. We also ordered a baked potato and a tea and coffee. We sat down and waited.A young man brought the food over and the pie was served with mash. We pointed out that we had asked for chips and he apologised and quickly changed it.We were then happily eating our food when an elderly lady member of staff took it upon herself to come over and interrupt our dinner by saying. Erm I just wanted you to know that the pie is usually served with mash and if you had asked for chips when you ordered it we would have changed it for you.I said we did and it’s even on the receipt she said did you. I said yes. Then she walked away and with her back to us sarcastically said I hope you enjoy it.Absolutely disgusted by her attitude and to be honest she was very lucky not to be wearing my dinner.Usually before we leave a table we would tidy the table up but on this occasion we didn’t.Fortunately we are only on holiday here so don’t have to visit this store again. Absolutely shocking behaviour.

Wish I had known about this peak time "dark hour" they apparently hold every Saturday morning. Sorry, but it is ridiculous. You couldn't see anything properly on the shelves and some of the aisles were REALLY dim and dark. Hated it till they finally put the lights back on about 10.15am. Be warned. All this minority nonsense will cost them shoppers, I think. A lot like us were complaining about it as we had no idea this was even a thing !! To my way of thinking, if these people need quiet hours then first thing Saturday morning isn't it. Hold them on a week night at 9pm for example, when it would be quiet 🙄

Just been in to pick up some flowers seen a lovely bunch that was £15 reduced to £9.75 but when I checked them a flower was snapped off now they may have been reduced because of that or they where the last bunch, so me being me i thought aww il ask if they can reduce them a little more well when we got to the till I asked, the cashier was trying to get hold of someone to come and see us well after 10min or so I give up and just bought them now this is 5.30 shop not full so why the wait shocking

Have always loved and shopped at Morrisons. However, today I was not happy. On picking up a white turnip, the one underneath was covered in mould. I told the assistant, and he apologised, and removed it. Moving on towards the apple's, Again , same thing, even took a picture because I was shocked. Got even worse, the cooked chicken in the reduced section was yesterdays date. Food is dear enough without this fiasco. Shame.
