Novello in Fylde

No welcome on arrival and my husband had to go searching for someone to seat us. When a table of six ladies arrived after us the staff seemed more interested in them...Food was OK just a shame I couldn't have another bread roll - apparently they only have enough for one for each customer!Overall OK but overpriced but then again we did choose to eat in Lytham 😀

Had dinner with my family whilst visiting the area …. Wow it was exceptional. Menu to die for, service attentive and personable, topped off with an amazing choice of wines 👏🏼We had the best time … Tony and his staff have absolutely nailed Italian Fine Dining .The steak / pasta and fish were outstanding compliments to chef Sal.PS the best mash potatoes we have ever eaten 🇮🇹

Let's get this part out of the way : It isn't cheap. If you're looking for somewhere to replace your Wetherspoons fix, this ain't it.But if you'd like thoughtfully crafted and we'll executed food that warrants a premium price, then this is for you. Fabulous wine menu, simple but wonderfully cooked food and lovely environment. Highly recommended as a treat that you deserve.

My goodness, where do I start?! 😁This is the first time I've eaten here in quite a while and I can't believe what I've missed out on.The service was timely and friendly from start to finish. The owner, Tony, circulated making sure all customers were happy with everything and was a real gentleman.And the food... my word, the food! The dishes were exquisitely presented and the flavours were heavenly. Everybody in my party was immensely impressed with their choices. I can confidently say this is the best meal I've eaten out.The menu is slightly more expensive than some of the other restaurants in Lytham, but you get what you pay for... quality.This is one venue I shall be returning to very soon!

Service & food is on another level here. The owner, who also served us, made us feel completely at home in what was to be a truly spectacular evening. All the food is prepared and cooked on site, I think the chef is the son of the owner so a real Italian family business. First to last course were absolutely fabulous and we'll certainly be visiting again.
