Papa John's in Fylde

I ordered online for collection from the app and thought I had got a great deal paying far less than the usual price as I used a deal.I was disappointed on collection to find that I had actually paid a few pounds more than the price advertised on the door.Pizza was average at best. XXL fed 2 people.

BASIC BLAND BORINGJust had some pizza delivered from papa John's, the guy who delivered the pizza was super friendly, so good on service. But the pizza is honestly the most boring pizza I have ever had, the base is like warmed bread from Aldi, almost tastes store bought from Aldi, super thin layer of cheese no sauce on the base. The most basic bland boring pizza I have had in my life, and £12 for equivalent of a 10inch, maybe worth £1 if that. Sorry I bothered. Really any other place makes better pizza.

I can't complain, service was great and so were the pizza's. I entered the shop to enquire about delivery to the beach huts on the front. I was told that I was more than welcome to order and they would deliver to me there and would call me when they arrived. I was called and our food was delivered right on time! Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service tonight!! Ordered over the phone, easy and no problems. Extremely helpful both guys. 1 called John not sure of the other guy. Just want to say thanks so much for being so helpful. Had to call back and add drinks onto the order but no problems and delivered very fast! Amazing service and amazing food. Definitely will be ordering again

Visited the branch last Tuesday to place an order as we couldnt get the app to work.Ordered a vegan pizza and some side dishes.As I was waiting for the order I watched the man who was preparing the pizzas make several meat ones,he then began preparing my vegan pizza.I pointed out to him that he had just been handling meat and normal cheese and that he hadnt washed his hands before starting to prep mine.He then very abruptly threw my pizza in the bin shouting to the staff "Tell everyone theres now a 50 minute wait".He did then wash his hands before preparing me another pizza.I wonder how many other vegan dishes he prepares without washing his hands ?.

Extremely poor service during busy times and can’t be bothered to answer the phone. First time I’m ringing to ask where my order is after a 55 minute wait. Was told they’d missed it but would get it to me immediately. Arrived 40 mins later. Second time. I call ,30 mins after placing an order online, to confirm that they have the order as I’ve had no email, tracking or msg’s doing so. I’m told there’s none so reorder only to find later that I’ve paid twice. Back to the HUT for me

Pizza's were as you would expect from Papa John's. Sadly, I am only giving one star as the service was appalling. Staff member was quite rude. Some customer service training would be beneficial.

I went to Papa Johns last week with my family. We had to wait for 30 minutes for the Pizza. There was a huge rush in the store so i waited but my daughters were happy with the Pizza quality and taste. Overall experience was good.

Papa John's has always been my first choice whenever i think about Pizza. This branch is good, the staff are polite and cheerful and although it was busy orders were dealt with efficiently making them seem fast. Really glad with their service.

Amazing Taste of Hot Pepper Passion Pizza. Their menu has a wide variety of Pizza options to treat the pallate. This restaurant definitely serves the finest oven baked chicken. I enjoyed as much as my kids did. Value for money spent. Recommended.
