Food was all wrong and ended up in the bin. upon calling to inform the shop of the errors the gentleman decided instead of apologising for the poor quality/incorrect food he decided to argue with me about who was wrong.. after reading some of the reviews, it's clear that this trash establishment is unable/unwilling to own their mistakes. Trash food, Trash service.. only saving grace is the delivery driver was a decent guy.. Also to the owners of shabzys, when reading this review try not to come on with a cheeky remark as that will further show how poor the service is. To quote Uncle Roger (Nigel NG) your food tastes like "sadness".

The food is very good had a curry as the owner said he just started selling he’s own home made and it was delicious will definitely be going there now for my curry’s best in Blackpool by far !!

I ordered chicken kebab and chips and cheesy chips and popcorn chicken. I waited an hour and nothing. I rang the restaurant who informed me that they'd been banging on my door and I told them it was impossible because my dog would have barked so they said I need to pay £2.50 because they have already been but would come back with the food. They were reasonable up to then, but then when they came back they realised they'd been banging on the wrong door. I'm ill at the moment so my 16 year old daughter went to the door and she came back upstairs in tears as the delivery driver shouted at her and was very rude. It was a complete waste of money for the food as I ate 1 piece of chicken meat on the kebab and gave the rest to my dog. I was even surprised my dog ate it because I don't know what they'd put on it, but it was so spicy. A waste of £6.50 threw the rest in the bin as I'm allergic to spicy food and didn't ask for chilli to be put on it. It's a shame as I've used Shazbys before and had a good experience so never again and my ex is a frequent visitor but I'll tell him and his missus to stay away. I was only planning on putting the review about the delivery until I tasted the food. I'm very upset that I've lost money on this order.

I have intitialy attempted to order via Uber eats then decided to ring directly to inquire if the food was halal. I was told the food was halal and I was also advised to order directly from their website which I did. Oh boy oh boy! Food arrived after an hour even after the advisory time and it was horrible experience overall. The food was cold and sheesh was very chewy beyond anyone taste. Whole thing gone to waste. First time and last time. Stay clear!!

Just received my order it is warmer outside than our meals were.. it looked like leftovers totally unimpressed. One star is pushing it .£21 wasted avoid like the plague

Walked in and from the get go the owner was lovely and friendly! We were first timers and ordered our food he told us about a new chicken on the menu and my boyfriend ordered it he loved it. The naan with the kebab was lovely I had a chicken kebab and the chicken pieces were very tasty. The owner was so generous and welcoming will 100% be going back. Only thing is the chips were in a paper bag and were abit soggy when we got home :( but other than that was really good!

I’m with the guy that said he’d leave less than 1 star if he could! Chips were either hard or soggy, food was cold, undid the wrap just cubes of coloured chicken nothing else and that’s after they originally went to the wrong house said they rang loads of times, 1 missed call! Came back and obviously didn’t matter to them what you was getting or how hot or cold the food was! Atrocious take away one of the worst I have ever attempted to eat! NEVER AGAIN!!

Would not recommend this establishment after my experience the other night placed my order in store 9" garlic bread and 12" hot and spicy pizza. Several mins later was asked if I wanted cheese on my garlic nan dash I ordered garlic bread was told sorry to be then asked if I wanted jalepinos on my pizza well yea hot and spicy after what seemed an eternity I left for home were I enjoyed the garlic bread but was shocked at the pizza that had apparently shrunk to 9" and ended up being a margaretta with jalepinos obviously out of a jar as the whole pizza was swimming in vinegar needless to say it ended up in the bin. I would have called back in to see you but my temper would have led to an arrest I won't be back nor will any of my friends

Ordered for the first time, after seeing good stuff about this place.Was perfect. Cannot fault one bit of the order.The food comes hot, fresh and above all tastey!Very succulent chicken on the fillet burgers and wraps. Everything had the right amount of salad to accompany the chicken.The service too, is fantastic, i rang the shop as it was the incorrect post code for my address, and the nice chap on phone sorted it.Absolutely fantastic place! - 10/10

Ordered from here a number of times now and never let down, fabulous food. Chicken pakoras are the best I've had, very tasty curry I had the chicken tikka masala which was amazing the chicken was nice and tender.The pizzas are very good too I can highly recommend shabzys special pizza. Food always piping hot and on time can't recommend this place enough.NB ..since writing this review the menu has changed and Curry's are no longer available .. however still highly recommend this place for pizzas and burgers
