My husband and I both had a meal here today recommend by a friend. It was amazing! definitely coming back. We had the chicken sizzler plenty of roasted vegetables and perfectly done fluffy chips. Spot on! We then had a dessert each also perfect. Staff friendly - place nice and spacious and clean top marks!

Stopped in here on Monday 13th June 2022. Second visit. Love the food the staff are so friendly. Food was amazing and value for money. Great will definitely return

First night in 8 months me and the missus managed to go for a dinner date without kids which we were needing . Ordered 2 sirloin steaks (1 rare, 1 mid rare) , onion rings to share and a bottle of 19 crimes . I had to open the bottle of wine myself (I was fine about it and kinda laughed it off) . Food took was 20 minutes and looked good when it came 😋.Our steaks were both mid well , my curly fries and onion rings were very undercooked , my partners steak was no joke 50% fat . I wasn't going to complain as we were hungry and we did eat the majority of the food but when I went to get a lemonade for my partner part way through the meal I got charged £2:50 for soda water (we were judging like that was purposely done) . Its a shame as we were looking forward so much to food and the time together. In the picture you can see the fat on my missus steak and when I use to work in kitchens that food would of not left the kitchen . £45 for a bad experience for 2

We were there for a birthday and were alllooking forward to a sunday roast but, alas, the delivery had not brought them.However we enjoyed what we had apart from the prawns on vegetables which did not look appealing or taste very good.The waitress had a great sense of humour and was very chatty.We also have a get together here once every 3 weeks, in between my chemo treatments so working our way through the menu and are happy to keep visiting.

The food was not as good as I have had . Steak gristly and fatty.. very thin for a sirloin. Desert Elton mess was excellent.There were 2 lads playing pool and kept swearing .. not good . Suggest pool table moved away from dining tables . Will not eat there again.The dark haired lady who brought our meals was lovely and friendly .. excellent customer service

Went on a Monday and was surprised how busy it was. Clean and welcoming and staff were lovely. Ordered sharer platter for starter's which was excellent. My wife had steak and it was cooked just right. Despite having 2 big bookings we were not rushed at all

The steak was not great, so we returned it. However, we understand that is out of their hands. The staff handled the complaint really well and offered us replacement meals and complimentary dessert. The portion sizes were great and the presentation of the meals was lovely. One staff member in particular, Sarah, was incredible. She made my birthday lunch out that bit better. She went above and beyond to ensure me and my mum were satisfied and kept checking in to make sure we were okay. She dealt with our complaint professionally and was very friendly towards us. Would definitely go again purely to see Sarah!

On entry it feels friendly And to make things even better the food was, just Fantastic. I chose the Gammon Egg Pineapple and my best friend chose the traditional fish and chips with mushy peas. Both very filling the gammon was tender the pineapple was fried perfect and the 🥚 Eggs just right with a beautiful yolk nice and runny but not under cooked.. All in all for £11 a truly well worth EVERY PENNY AND NO WASHING UP AFTER EITHER. NINE OUT OF TEN.

Nice clean pub restaurant with cheerful, welcoming staff. Tasty food at affordable prices.

Really nice. Lovely day ,so we sat outside, plenty of room and well spaced out. Good sized car park and plenty of choices for outside seating. Just a really good atmosphere. Staff there if you need them but left you to enjoy your time. Food was perfect and with two meals and two drinks for less than £25 its 5 stars all day long
