My daughter treated me today to the spa and lunch it was amazing.

This is a lovely place to visit. I had a spa day with my daughters and son for my birthday with a 2 course lunch, it was sooo relaxing and the food sooo yummy. Can’t wait to go back. X

Absolutely wonderful,had a brilliant thermal spa experience .in the evening we had the taster menu in the Orangery restaurant. The food was amazing and the waiter Les was fantastic so polite and respectful . Would highly recommend Ribby hall to anyone

Went for a meal at the orangery Restaurant, we arrived at just after 6pm everything was ok, service was good food overpriced , but okey , but once the place started to get busy the service fell through the floor over the 2.5. Hours we where there, to the point a double espresso was ordered, we had to ask 4 times for the coffee, when it arrived it was stone cold, and was not espresso, but normal filter coffee, no sugar or spoon was supplied, had to ask twice for spoon and sugar to be delivered, and to crown it off it took so long to pay the bill, we got up and took the bill to the till,The thing was there where loads of staff, but half of them where standing around in the bar chatting, will not be returning again

Had a spa day/night stay. The massage was good, staff really friendly. The outdoor jacuzzi is great with a beer in the cold weather. Food was good in the on site restaurant. The package deal is good value for money.

Stayed for a night with my partner. The professionalism of the staff was very impressive. The room was lovely and clean (of a little dark but most hotel rooms are). We both found the food sublime and the facilities in the spa (the aquathermal journey) all in great condition with enough variety to keep us more than happy. It wasn't too busy and the outside bar was a great touch!

Just returned from a mid week Spa package. All staff so helpful. Facilities excellent. We treated ourselves to the taster menu in the evening with wine which was excellent value. Compliments to everyone.

ALL the staff without exception were amazing extremely helpful made the stay special. Spa amazing. Room great & everywhere spotlessly clean. Just could have done with more veggie options on the menu & bigger portions! We will be back next year for sure. Thank you all @ Ribby Hall Spa
