A total scam. I ordered food for £40. Never came, no message, absolutely no contact from the place about it.Thiefs

This is by far the worst pizza shop in Widnes paid £20 for order turned up after 2hours completely wrong pizza's can't get in touch with them by phone absolute joke of a place need putting out of business

Best kebab I've ever had.My husband used to use Aladdin years ago, it must be 3 or 4 years since we have been here, but Friday night sick of the usual takeaway decided to try again.Ordered online delivered 35 minutes later.I can honestly say best kebab I've ever had, chicken cooked over open fire, charcoal taste. Salad fresh and right amout of sauces.People only tend to write derogatory reviews when they are upset, so I had to write a review for aladdin, forget KFC and McDonald's go here instead, much better value for money.Will definitely use again.5 stars 🌟

Very poor customer service, I rang to place am order. EXTREMELY rude, bad mannered and blasé. Utterly disgraced by how I feel I was treated. The so called "boss", whoever that may be, is clearly not educated in customer service. I have been a regular here for 19 months and am so appalled I will undoubtedly never require the service provided from your establishment. I suggest you get your head into gear and cater for the people who offer their loyal custom. Full stop

Ordered 19:30, food arrived two hours later. Received incorrect food, was cold as well. They never answer phones. Avoid.

Ordered a late night, at about 1am, food was due at 1.50, at 2.30 was told food was on the way... that was 3 days ago. I pre paid online, i got no food, and was refused a refund as "my food was delivered at 3am" well it wasnt and had to go hungry after work, due to the time everywhere had shut

Shocking customer service, the guy on the phone was disgrace, I have ordered from this place from the hotel loads in past with no issues but unfortunately the experience I had was shocking! after mix up over first time I called because he needed telephone number which hasn’t happened before in past and I said I’m in hotel then he refused the order, so I said il call back with hotel number, I rang 3 times no answer then 4th he picked the phone up, heard my voice then puts phone down! no wonder this place has so many bad reviews, inconsistent food and poor staff in place, pity I have to write this but I had to, it was just shocking! Not ordering again, the place needs new ideas and staff

Ordered through just eat 16/7/17 at 8.45 food to arrive 9.45, 10.30 still no food.... couldn't get through to restaurant at all. Contacted just eat to cancel my order and get a refund.I understand takeaways can get busy but to just ignore all calls and not let anyone know what's going on and just expect them to sit and wait is terrible service. Went to bed. Door went around 11.30! Guessing it was someone from the takeaway. Never answered it. Don't recommend and will not use again due to bad service.

0 stars ordered food at 08.45pm was still waiting at 11.45pm. Contacted the shop and jut got palmed off with it left the shop that was at 10.00pm. So canceled order at 11.4tpm as if the food did arrive it would of been cold. Contacted the shop back and they just hung up on me 4 times. Awful service absolute disgrace would never eat from here if it was the only place left on earth.

We have ordered 3 times now for food to be delivered and each time our order has been spot on. We were told it would be 45 minutes and each time it was exactly that or less. We ordered tonight (30 Dec) and were told it would be 45 minutes but it was here in 25 minutes! The food is always hot and the delivery driver is pleasant. I will definitely order again! Thank you! 😀
