Disappointing meal! Service slow, told the soup was Carrot and Coriander but when it arrived it was Pea! Meals arrived, not hot, items missing from one of the meals so sent back, fries were cold, replaced! So disappointed I made a complaint! Deserts were good! Bill was adjusted to reflect complaint! Overall though a disappointing experience!!

It was OK I guess. My partners steak was well done wheb asked for medium. No carvery left even though a phone call was made to ask if it was avaliable and was confirmed there was. Only dessert wanted due to pregnancy was unavailable. Paid for refillable because of the flavours on the soda. And the flavours had run out. Kids meal very small and very basic. Very clean though I do have to say compared to alot of pubs. Would eat here again but only as a quick cheap meal. Disappointing about the carvery as that's the only reason we were visiting.

What a joke. Arrived to an empty venue to be told their was a 40 minute wait for food. I've met worse so we stuck around. After waiting 25 minutes, someone finally came to take our order. We were told that quite a bit of the menu was unavailable and that our wait time would be 40 minutes after they took our order. We just looked at each other, got up and walked out.Why they even bothered to open, I've got no idea.

Always go here for breakfast when I get the chance. its lovely. Cant fault any part of it. Friendly staff, nice food, clean and kids eat free of a morning

Our meals arrived after 30 minute wait. We all ordered scampi and chips. It was appalling. 8 bits of cold burnt frozen scampi and a few skinny frozen chips that cost £10 each. Go to farm foods and cook your own for a few pound. I will not be going there again

Would have given zero stars if possible. Went for a meal Saturday tea time, very poor menu ,pub empty although we still waited 30 minutes for 4 of the same meals. Tiny portions big prices and luke warm. Never again

We had a delicious meal today (31st), with excellent service. Full allergen information was available for me to review, prior to making my choice, and particular care was taken to ensure that my food was gluten free, which was greatly appreciated.Despite a number of items being unavailable due to supply chain issues, alternative options were suggested, and this didn't impact upon our experience at all. Can't fault the staff for their helpfulness - I would definitely recommend this restaurant.Thank you for a great meal!!

Very family friendly environment. Food was good and wait wasn't too long. I accidentally spilled some tartar sauce on my jacket and asked for a cloth to clean it and instead they took the jacket and cleaned it for me! Even offered to wash it. Awesome service. Now presently tryna win a Dory out the machine lol

Very pleasant staff. Food was well cooked and great value. Only deducted one star because they, like everyone, have some shortages meaning some dishes are missing.

Stayed at Premier In across from Brewers Fayre in July 2021. I really liked how friendly stuff was, very welcoming and accomodating. Food was freshly made and very tasty! I had Cesar salad on the first evening and chicken was very tasty, not dry. On the second evening I had Sirloin steak medium done, again was very nicely cooked, and on the third evening I had "The Big Stack" burger, which didn't disappoint either. I liked a good range of drinks available alcoholic and non-alcoholic. For desert I had sticky toffee pudding with ice cream, it was hot and fresh. Pub is aligned with Covid rules, such as masks when walking in/out and to the restroom. Hand sanitizer at the entrance, one way system, also desks cleaned after each customer. In a good weather table outside must be very nice too. Lots of parking, nearby is a cinema, bowling etc. Prices seems low in comparison to some of the restaurants in midland, not sure about North prices in general.
