Burger King Runcorn in Halton

Had a problem with the order, wrong burger given, it was sorted out straight away with no fuss, staff were really helpful

Great place! Burgers are amazing and it’s just across the road from the Shopping Centre!

Amazing place with a lovely blonde lad on drive thru, order received quickly and the food was nice and hot, would definitely go again

Went through the drive thru. No one spoke in the speaker for 10 min. So I drove to the booth. Was ignored and no one came to me as staff walked past. After another 5min I left. Dunno how you operate a business like this. Off to McDonald's I went. Awful experience.

Went off the motorway to get a nice morning snap. Came in at 9:30am (opening time 9am), has been told they don't serve till 11. Why would you open the doors then?

Only had coffee and hot chocolate which were not good. Costa or independent traders much better options at a similar price.

Not once have we ever received a correct order from this branch.Our latest order of three burgers were all wrong.Unbelievably useless.

I'll be honest, the staff here always seem to be overwhelmed. There was a small (but slightly longer than usual) wait for my order which doesn't bother me. The quality of the food is never bad, always had good bites from them! The vegan burger is delicious!

Poor experience yesterday. Food order taken - eating in . Received food quickly but no coffee given as ordered. Had to get up and ask, then got coffee - black so had to get up again and ask for milk sugar which was given sat down then realised no stirrer - had to get up again. Had to also get up and ask for sauce - none given. My burger was not very warm - in fact the cheese hadn’t melted. Chips nice!On leaving visited loo - no toilet paper in either of the toilets and no hand wash. Told staff - one ignore me completely and the other one just said thanks.
