Chefway in Halton

We ordered by phone this evening, I wanted two hot dogs one Ordinary one and one Texas one, both came without onions, the ordinary one had bacon which wasn't asked for, the salad had a ton of cucumber in it which I said I didn't want when I ordered it, this order was £27 so it wasn't cheap and they can't even get it right, I wish people would write things down properly and deliver what you order instead of getting it wrong

Late , late , late !!!! Over 2 hours after the order was placed! No contact from the restaurant, unable to get through on the phone . No apologies from the driver on delivery. Absolute shame really as when the food did finally arrive after I had gone to bed it was actually nice .

Got a call at the time the order should have been arriving to be told they had run out of chicken wings, waited around half an hour longer for the food, the 1/2 'Peri Chicken' was abismal, like it had been cooked and reheated, no peri peri to be seen on the 1/2 chicken and maybe waved past the grill... certainly not cooked fresh on grill at all, dont knowhow it was cooked but tasted awful - its gone in bin. The 'spicy rice' was awful, nothing spicy about it.. like some sort of microwave or packet rice..disgusting. I asked driver where the drinks were? he said in his car ... he left for some time and thought he had gone... came back about 10 mins later with the drinks which I suspect had been purchased from the local shop but could be wrong. The 'Peri Peri' strips I got to replace the wings were great, really fresh and cooked nicely, which is why I cant understand the half Peri chicken being so dreadful.

Got the meat halloumi burger and the hot dog deal. Unreal scran, chips have red salt without any extras.

Absolutely shocking, order took a hour and half to turn up with food missing from the order, some of the food was cold and chips were soggy, then when asked to bring the rest of the order only brought half of the remaining order 2 hours after first ordering. Used be a really nice place but won't be ordering again Absolutely shocking!!!!!!

Amazing food - restaurant quality.But - long wait. 45 mins after being told 20mins.Will go back again though - the food was so so good. The lamb olive tagline was epic

Missed loads off the order, food turned up freezing cold and then when it was meant to be sent back out as a priority still wasn’t here an hour later. Ordered it at 20:15 and still haven’t received it at nearly 23:00. Won’t be ordering from here again. Gone down the drain recently

It's difficult to get a pizza wrong.There is just no consistency, we always order the same thing but every time we get different pizza, guessing it's a different chef every time. Sometimes we get so much cheese on the pizza it makes us feel sick. Other times it's the best pizza we've ever eaten. Basically we are debating whether to order or not

Just ordered 10 chicken wings and rice always been great in the past but unfortunately bad rice was good but the wings slimy i feel as bit sick now gutted always enjoyed the food was always good hope if I order again it will be better but no time to order again soon

The food was amazing, is the best takeaway I’ve ever been too. All the staff are great and the portion sizes are worth it
