Costa Coffee in Halton

Staff,lovely enjoy my caramel latte and tea cake.

Staff are friendly. Food and drink taste like any other Costa. Nice place to relax when not busy.

Lovely place staff of 2 work hard need more staff to stop it being so slow

Lovely coffee made just how you like it. Encouragement of use of sanitising and distancing...maybe a sign near the till or something just a gentle reminder, while cases are so high, as sometimes the queue can make you a little close to others.

Coffee was good. Nice friendly staff. The store could use a bit more lighting as its a bit dull and dim.

Good food, well spaced seating, good coffee and the Ruby Hot Chocolate is yummy

Called in today after food shopping. Joe knew my usual drink but informed me of other options. I decided to try After Eight Mint Hot Chocolate. It was delicious! All the staff are friendly at Costa which makes me want to return time after time.

If I had a choice I would give zero stars for the customer service I saw. A lady asked for a drink and the staff member I know as Joe made her feel uncomfortable and was threatening towards her.I have been coming to Costa Coffee for years and what I saw means I will not come back again.Further, and this can be checked the store is closed at 8am sometimes not opening until 9 or 10 because the staff can't be bothered.

Can't beat Costa. Fast service and lovely calming relaxing atmosphere. And always a great choice of alternative milks ☺
