Lovely staff, good food. Recommend chicken sweet corn soup

Food took almost 2 and a half hours to turn up. Told us that it was out for delivery for more then 1 and a half hours. Arrived cold. Very disappointing, don't bother ordering from them

The nicest family. Pls support them. It’s new management and they deserve the break.

The food was amazing, the staffs are friendly, Will come back again.

Bad hygiene rating (ONE!), food undercooked and customer service absolutely abysmal AVOID CRONTON FISH BAR!!!

Don't know whether you have a new Chef but do food not up to standard. Very disappointed

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS CHIP SHOP!! Not only did we wait nearly 3 hours for the food but we found no less than 5 hairs in it. Even though the food arrived mostly cold and it didn't taste nice, we still wouldn't of complained but the hairs we found forced us to raise a complaint and explains the 1 STAR HYGEINE RATING. After speaking to a lovely girl who said there was a language barrier between her and her employer she tried to convey that time was not the issue nor the food but the sub standard hygiene was. She said they would have to collect the food which wasn't a problem but the manager seemed reluctant to help, even after the girl confirmed THEY DO NOT WEAR HAIR NETS!! DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIP SHOP!!

Chines new year looking forward to a nice meal and had plans to go out after so waiting for the food to turn up an hour had passed so I called the shop to complain and ask where our food is and they said it was just being done now so I asked if we would get a discount for the delay and having to alter our plans and was told no as it’s Friday and they only have 1 driver as if that’s my problem, I do understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic but when you order then you should be told it may take longer due to the situation so I asked how long it would take and still didn’t get a straight answer. So i waited agin and decided to not change my plans so called them back to cancel and suddenly the food was on its way so I said I would not accept it as it was far too late and I wouldn’t be in and they told me that I wouldn’t be able to order from them again. So il just have to live with that so I would advise caution when you order from here as they don’t seem to care about customer service.

I ordered food online and it said that my order would be delivered at 4.30. At 4.50 I phoned the shop and asked her how long would it be as it said on line that it would be 4.30. The lady that answered said very abruptly "you would not get it at 4.30 as they only open at 4.00. She spoke to someone and they said the food had just been sent. It took the food another 25 mins to arrive even though we only live less than a ten minute drive. The food was piping hot so there was no way it had been sent at 4.50 as stated.

Doesn’t even deserve one star- non-existant customer service. Took 4 hours for food to be delivered- I had already called up after 3 hours of waiting to cancel, but food got delivered unbeknownst to me and I was charged anyway. Called up to complain and spoke to an incredibly argumentative and rude man, and was offered no apology. I’m not sure if anybody has told him that’s probably not the best way to behave if he wishes to keep his business open- though I’m sure he wouldn’t listen anyway!!!
