Ordered my pizza they delivered the wrong pizza called them up and the manager was vey abbrubed and totally rude willnever order again from dominoes Runcorn on trident only gave 1 star as could not give zero if this is the attitude of your management then good luck

The food is amazing the Staff happy and pleasent. A pleasure to visit or order for delivery, always delivered steaming hot with a smile.

I've seen first hand how this particular dominoes really cares about it's custom, how it does it's upmost to serve you and many others, the almost unlimited combinations on offer and deliver all in the desired timeframe. This is why Dominoes really excels in serving the best pizzas.I've never had a bad pizza from here and I'm certain you won't either. Whether collection or delivery, ive always had the same great service as a customer.

Genuinely disgusting service. Useless manager and even worse telephone customer services. Deep breath … I paid online and received the message “payment unsuccessful”. Hmm. Ok. But the money was taken from my bank? So, I call up. Several times. No answer. I had to get dressed and head down to the store. The manager was as much use as speaking to a road traffic cone. He had no answers and fobbed me off with “call customer services”. Which I did. Customer services advised me I couldn’t have my money back until the next day (really? Modern online banking hasn’t reached Dominoes, then?), and that if I wanted any pizza, I’d have to pay again. So pay twice? And go through all this? With no effort to make amends from either the manager or customer services? Seriously? You’d expect so so much better. Awful awful awful. Never again. Domi-no-thanks. Annnnd off to Pizza Hut I go … hope they can handle a ‘pizza in exchange for money’ situation. Something tells me they’ll be all over it.

Ordered whilst on an unplanned visit to the local Urgent Care Unit for pick up. Pizzas were great and staff very friendly. No hesitation in recommending.

Ordered twice. Tonight pizza arrived and I was disappointed with my delivery. All the topping was stuck 2the lid of the box. Ur prices are expensive its frustrating . A takeaway is a treat & u look forward 2it, however it shudnt come squashed to the box

Maybe it was because they were quiet tonight but I have to say that pizza was quality. The winter survival meal deal was spot on, tasty as and delivered within about 15 mins of ordering. Have had mixed experiences with this dominos previously but tonight was great. Thx

The pizza here is probably the best we’ve had in Runcorn. Not the best ever, but pretty good! Not thrilled that one pizza came squashed but didn’t impact the taste. The dipping sauce is great!
