Halton Library cafe in Halton

Went here for breakfast as we were passing through but unimpressed with service and the food. Told my husband to take a seat but then they just sat down with their Cuppa’s and ignored us until I asked if we ordered At the till of which replied yes! Food was mediocre, not much customer service was going on! Shame as the reviews that were read were ok.

My partners order was lovely. I had a problem with mine but these things happen, what does matter is how its handled. the cafe went way out their way to fix the problem and really did make up for it. Really was an amazing service with lovely staff.

Award winning coffee house.the food is allways red hot despite been 3 miles journey for the designated driver. We can not wait till it opens up on Monday. Well done CCs allways a pleasure to place our order on a Friday with the lady on the phone 😘 💎 x

Not sure if they had an off day when I came here, very unwelcoming, tea tasted like the water had seen the tea bag for 5 seconds (hot water with milk) poached egg over cooked. Toast was nice!
