Hollywood Pizza in Halton

Just had a garlic bread cheese calzone from there and it was disgusting and tasted of soap!! Now am going hungry till I find something else to get!! Won’t be ordering from there anymore!!! DISGUSTING and DISAPPOINTED

What a shame!!!! Been ordering from here for a long time and the woman taking the orders tonight over the phone had a disgusting attitude blaming me for her mistakes.I asked for extra cheese on the pizzas but she said I asked for extra chicken? Surely I know what I ordered and I definitely asked for cheese.We ended up with chicken and mushroom but we asked for pepperoni with extra cheese and not just once but twice the wrong order came.Hope the owners read this and send that woman on a customer service course because she clearly doesn’t understand how to speak to people politely and accept mistakes SHE has made. 7 years I have given Hollywood’s my business and now it has gone.

We usually go to this place for food as it was fairly priced and came in good time..Well that's all gone out the window after our most recent experience...Ordered a delivery and was told 45-1hr delivery time.. After 1hr10 mins called enquiring about order. We was told that they had given our order to someone who came in conveniently asking for MY exact order..? yet when ordering I was given a specific delivery time.. So that says to me that its a delivery so why would they expect me to pick it up..... Then after that they called asking if I still wanted the order to which I said yes then another 45 minutes passed and our pizzas turned up.. Yet if I'm honest we're poor in quality.. Looks like we are going elsewhere as of tonight... Dissatisfied and disappointed

Ordered a group meal, didn't send one person's pizza.... Constantly tried to phone and wouldn't answer the phone. Not ordering from them again if you don't even get what you paid for!

hollywood gone down hill. waited 1hour 10 mins for food. They forgot my chips, was hardly any garlic on garlic bread, chicken popcorn was like cremated pieces of batter, chicken stips where soggy an tasteless. wont be going there again😡

I ordered my 2x folded donners with chips they come and they was cold and burned phoned them up and they didnt want 2 no never order from there again

Usually love this place but in recent months the food quality has declined. It's hit and miss.The folded donner when made by a particular member of staff is awful. Very little filling and soggy thick dough around the sides. Also not cut right through so have to cut it when home. Not ideal if you want to walk and eat.When I went in 20 minutes before closing a few weeks back I asked for a pepperoni pizza. Made by one of the delivery staff. The topping actually slid off the burnt base like water. It went straight in the bin.Not sure if I should risk it again. The staff need training in at least being consistent with their menu and the presentation of the food.

Well I won't be eating from Hollywood pizza !!! 😡😷😖😤After sending us the wrong order in the first place both me and my boyfriend rang up and they sent us out under cooked disgusting looking food as a replacement !!!I asked for no salad on just eat and they told me to 'scrape it off'rather then fixing it. After another phone call they replaced my order.My bf had the phone put down on him, while trying to explain they had got the order wrong so I rang back for them to say scrape the salad off. The food that was resent was pink and looked raw. Been throwing up since, god knows what they did with the previous order, rude and obnoxious, blocked my number from ringing. Even had the ordacity to bill me for their mistake and raw food.Be warned, got a baby to look after, thankfully she isn't old enough to eat this food but this puts me off giving my daughter anything as she gets older. Disgusting!

Ordered a kebab and fries via just eat the eta was 30 to 40 minutes after an hour i rang the shop who said its just left, so half haour later i rang again and they said he will be there soon. then a knock on the door it was here after waiting an hour and a half, so i paid and opened the fries which where stone cold so binned them then opened the kebab to find that was also stone cold, so i rang the shop and was told to microwave it, i said no i have paid for hot food and waited patiently he said theres nothing we can do then, so i contacted just eat who spoke to the shop and said theres nothing we ca do. i dont use just eat any more and would never recomend holly wood pizza they have no cuctomer service skill and cant even deliver a kebab and chips 10 minutes away hot.
