Not even worth one star. Absolutely terrible for someone who orders from this chippy multiple times a week I won’t be ordering again.Not only to get food like this the other day, Blue chicken ( shown in photo) but to then to give them the benefit of the doubt I order again. to leave me to wait over An hour for an order that was pre called for collection. After waiting I told them I no longer wanted to wait for the food and to leave the order after it being so long already for the people working there to be abusive shouting saying I have to pay anyway. Terrible service and attitude do not recommend.

Ordered online at 18:35, was told an hour maximum for delivery. 20:30, and we were still waiting. Rang them 7 times in total over the space of an hour chasing up the driver who left with it at 19:30. It turned up and it was cold. Sweet & sour chicken was really chewy. Salt & pepper chicken was soggy, rice was cold and the chips were cold only ended up paying half price, due to quality of food, and delay in delivery. Won’t be ordering again, which is a shame, as they’re usually really decent in there.

Took a hour and 45 minutes to come. Payed the lady with £40 for a £23 chippy she gave me £8 change so not only was I waiting for 2 hours starving they over charged me £8 not happy about it atall so I payed £32 for a chippy that was cold. Not impressed!

HiWell I've been coming here for quite sometime, and I must say the last few months I have to say you have improved !I am at the moment looking after my partner who is on oxygen after coming out of ICU with covid and is still very unwell. !BUT... earlier this evening around 7.10pm I've ordered my usual the beef and mushroom for myself and something different for my partner ,which he thoroughly enjoyed as always !My Beef on the other hand which is normally so tender was NOT ! But my chips , mushrooms and stuff goes with it were gorgeous , but again beef very tough !So I thought just call them and let them know !!I shouldn't have done !!! I got so upset after the call having to explain myself to someone why I called about 40 mins later !As I explained I was seeing to partner first then I eat mine as he his poorly!He was so very rude and all he kept saying ,"we never get complaints about our beef " and kept saying why you calling so late !I asked his mame he refused to give to me , I asked his manager name he refused to give to me ..So he asked me to go in , of course I said I will definitely be in !!It felt like the third degree !I know the the beef is always wonderful , but on this occasion was tough wheather through cooking I don't know ?But the way I was spoken to was very unprofessional and again upset me greatly .

Ordered a salt and pepper box - no spare ribs in there and also found a large hair in the box was absolutely disgusting. do not go here hygiene standards are obviously very bad

I asked for a chicken sweet and sour and what I got was a load of chicken in a box and a little carton of sour sauce with 1 little peace of carrot 1 peace of pineapple an a tiny little peace of cucumber I have never been shocked in all my life to be handed over a meal like this never I had to chop the chicken up in to bits and I still have more chicken left over never ask for a sweet and sour of these you will get what I got and it cost me £6.20 for it aswell wouldn’t think it would cost that much for bits of a meal rip off am well annoyed as you can see in the picture that’s the meal please go some were else if you want this so called sweet and sour chicken !!!

Poor service, had to ring and chase up the order after the expected time, to be told the food was on the way. Eventually the driver arrived very apologetic stating he had just been thrown the food and instructed to come straight to our address. Food was well down and tasteless, appeared to have been under the heat lamp for some time time. Such a let down

I have been ordering from here for years and food is always great quality and great prices. Friendly staff too.

Very good take away, food cooked very well and great selection of food to choose from. Chinese classics available plus traditional chip shop food. Can deliver and using fairly prompt too. My only concern us that some staff members are a little miserable to be in front of customers. There are some very nice staff here but a couple need work on their customer service and a smile goes a long way. I would recommend the Salt and pepper chicken pieces not wings, more meat. I will keep going back.

Place seemed clean, house special chow mein was quite expensive in comparison, the tub was quite large though. Chicken was of OK quality. Small prawns instead of tiger, alot of heavy juice in the bottom, fills you up but I wouldn't personally buy it again.And no chopsticks, a chinese takeaway with no chopsticks.
