KFC in Halton

Shocking! Twice in 2 weeks I have had a Deliveroo and both times 3 items missing. Do not bother

There was way too much fat, it was literally swimming in it. This is definitely not how Southern fried should be. I tried one piece and threw the rest in the bin. Put me off KFC for good.

Update... Staff change or something... but it's not good.. My offerings were back to unedible horrible dry dead chicken legs yes, that all I got... Avoid.. I'll try again in April..Order inside... Great service and nice staff.. Oh, and they serve what's expected... Do not drive through...

Ordered through just eat. Missing items. Can you not count and check a receipt as you place items in a bag. Obviously not! The restaurant won't answer the phone. Sh ite service. I'd give no stars if I could.

Ordered through Just Eat to arrive at a specific time, food arrived and it was stone cold! Called the “restaurant” to be told that they process the order when it is received even though I clearly stated a specific time almost an hour after my order to be told that If it’s cold it’s down to the driver and Just Eat, not them and they won’t be sending out a new order.

Sometimes you dont get your whole order so make sure you check the bag before you leave! But staff are really helpful and appologetic about missing items. Apart from that its fine.

This kfc wasn’t too bad and it tasted like fresh and the staff were friendly

Worst KFC I’ve had.Did a drive through and was told there were no lids for drinks and were offered an additional side. Luckily we were travelling home so had drinks to have at home. Pulled up to the window to pay, paid, to then be told we had a 10 to 15 minute wait for the chicken. We pulled up in a lay-by and waited. And waited. It was 30 minutes until we got our food with a quick ‘sorry’. Oh well, at least we got our food.Get it home (10 min drive max) and everything was cold, even the chicken pieces which is what we had to wait for, so expected it to be hot! The gravy was watery and the burger was tasteless.Won’t be visiting again.

No drinks to in store customers but delivery's they can have a drink... Absolutely complete jokes while the staff continue to offer people drinks with there food....
