KFC in Halton

Awful , ordered a 3 peice variety meal, asked for no legs or thighs as they arnt my favourite, left and went back to work , opened the bag and they only gave me legs and a thigh , gave was stone cold and the chips where also cold and dry as hell .never normally have an issue in other places with simple requests but runcorn staff obviously wanted to prove a point . Will never go there again

The chips are all old and my zinger box meal burger had a piece of chicken and some letters on I ordered Cole slaw with no option of a fork

The KFC Runcorn manager has just Stoke £21 of my money.... Took the order, said there was no chicken left ( fourth time this Has happened ) and then refused to refund. Police involved, absolute joke of a franchise. Really need to sort there act out. Absolute joke of a manager, couldn't deal. With a simple complaint and phones the police when he couldn't deal with my complaint. Scumbags

Very dirty, all tables needed cleaning, staff more interested in the online orders for deliveries, never got some of my order, won't be going back

There was way too much fat, it was literally swimming in it. This is definitely not how Southern fried should be. I tried one piece and threw the rest in the bin. Put me off KFC for good.

Sometimes you dont get your whole order so make sure you check the bag before you leave! But staff are really helpful and appologetic about missing items. Apart from that its fine.

Ordered through Just Eat to arrive at a specific time, food arrived and it was stone cold! Called the “restaurant” to be told that they process the order when it is received even though I clearly stated a specific time almost an hour after my order to be told that If it’s cold it’s down to the driver and Just Eat, not them and they won’t be sending out a new order.

Ordered through just eat. Missing items. Can you not count and check a receipt as you place items in a bag. Obviously not! The restaurant won't answer the phone. Sh ite service. I'd give no stars if I could.

Can't even get a standard menu meal right, boneless chicken ordered... a mix of boned and boneless in bucket, phoned to complain, no apology said they'd give us the chicken next time we go but we'd have to have a code.Absolute waste of space

Worst KFC I’ve had.Did a drive through and was told there were no lids for drinks and were offered an additional side. Luckily we were travelling home so had drinks to have at home. Pulled up to the window to pay, paid, to then be told we had a 10 to 15 minute wait for the chicken. We pulled up in a lay-by and waited. And waited. It was 30 minutes until we got our food with a quick ‘sorry’. Oh well, at least we got our food.Get it home (10 min drive max) and everything was cold, even the chicken pieces which is what we had to wait for, so expected it to be hot! The gravy was watery and the burger was tasteless.Won’t be visiting again.
