McDonald's - Moor Lane in Halton

Can get very busy in the drive thru but going to the counter won't make things any sticker

15 minute wait for 3 items from saver menu and 20 nuggets.... Fast food maybe not. Also kids as staff are very rude!

lately the quality has been going down hill. constantly messing up order items or missing them from orders, food being cold, fries all being soggy or bad. drive through constantly having issues with keeping up with customers. won't be returning frequently as its just become a waste of money

Used this place a lot over the years I'd say it's one of the better McDonalds staff here always been friendly and quick to fix any mistakes

My fat belly needs a rest from fast food. It was alright except the cold chips and even asked to replace and they returned exactly the same COLD COLD COLD chips!!! I'd usually give 5 stars but this service was very poor.

Waited six minutes for my order of two latest one was hot the other was cold. Asked about the O. A. P. discount as the one in Asda Widnes, response was don't know why.

Been there 4 times, 3 times the meals were wrong. The time I went inside to get it sorted, they got the follow up order wrong and I gave up.Say they'll take your loyalty code but didn't bother putting it in ✌️

Consistently miss something off our order on Uber Eats. Normally just straws but tonight takes the biscuit. No tomato sauce, half the sour cream and chive dip we ordered and a missing triple cheeseburger. Not ideal after a 16 hour shift. Just wanted a quick tea.The receipt has thr missing items on it so appreciate this may be down to Uber Eats having an extra bag in the car. Tried calling the driver but no answer.

What an absolutely Beautiful spot, Breathtaking scenery, and a must stop for pictures of the Loch.Just a shame it lacks atmosphere. young kids of staff with very little customer service.We were expecting warm hospitality but left with out it.Place could be So much more.
