Mcdonald's Restaurants in Halton

Although our visit was overall a good experience it was spoiled by two things. Firstly the seating area was overrun by "Just Eat" & "Uber Eat" delivery drivers waiting to collect orders. I know they have a job to do, but when you are trying to eat in, you can't find a space.Secondly, when we got the food it was cold. You would think that with so many orders being delivered the food would be freshly made.One thing I would needs to be complemented is the front of house staff. They where very fendly and alway on hand to make everyone's visit a little better.

Truly awful. The staff don't listen. Shockingly managed. Priority is given to delivery drivers now. And the actual customers inside the "restaurant" are now the afterthought. I've never had an order given to me correctly here and for some reason it never tastes the same as it does in a proper McDonald's in the town. Something is definitely not right there. Complain and they don't listen. How they are still allowed to trade I have no idea. Avoid this particular branch at all costs. Trust me. I've saved you some absolutely needless hassle.

Terrible slow service.Never queue customers in the grill spots so large orders end up with a huge queue behind every time.Some of the staff have a terrible attitude.The McFlurry machine is always out of order, same for the milkshakes.NEVER hot food!Started using the neighbouring town McDonalds, Widnes Bowers retail park. Never waited more than 5 minutes for an order ever, Far better service, polite staff, food always hot.

Disappointing, lukewarm chips, burger a bit dry. Chilli cheese bites nice. Despite 10 min que in drive through had to wait a while after I got the food for my drink with no reason for delay or apology.

Things have really gone downhill here. Service is so slow, especially at the drive through. It's easy to spend 40+ minutes in a short drive through queue watching all the delivery drivers stream in and out on no time.

I bought 4 hamburgers and the meatballs were missing, it can't be such a disgrace..

Absolute Dump, one of the worst mcdonald's I've been to in the country. Crappie prepared food that looks like it's been dropped half a dozen times before you get it. The coffee is garbage it's always weak and half of the time it's half a cup.The drive through has been made ridiculously dangerous by loads of delivery drivers parking wherever they want, and when you say something to one of them you suddenly have 4 of them shouting abuse at you.(There was a 4 year old in our car at the time) and if you say something to the staff they don't care.Avoid this place as much as you can, there's another 3.5 miles away that will serve you quicker, the staff are much nicer and the food is better.

The Runcorn McDonald's visit was positive. We arrived right on time and there were not many people waiting, which means that orders were processed faster than normal. We only wanted a few cheeseburgers, fries, and it was much cheaper to purchase Happy Meals than adult lunches.The only problem is that they don't add salt on fries for children, so it wasn’t as tasty. The fries were quite soggy, but they were hot, which made a big difference.The two meals cost only a few pence and we were able to get on with our lives without any drinks. They didn't stop us, although it would have been nice if. I'm not sure why they wouldn’t. We realized that we didn't have the drink and walked back to get them.The food was delicious and hot. We will be back!

You seriously need to change your oil and staff for sending food out like that its disgusting they were not edible gone in bin I wouldn't even give 1 star

This visit to the Runcorn McDonald’s was more positive than usual. We drove right up and not many cars were waiting meaning they most likely processed orders faster than usual. We were only interested in a few cheeseburgers and fries and we noticed it was cheaper to buy Happy Meals than adult lunches.Only bad side to that is we failed to realize they don’t add salt to the fries for children so it wasn’t tasty as usual. As you can see the fries are quite soggy but they were hot and that made all the difference.We paid only a few pounds for the two meals and rushed right off without our drinks. They didn’t try to stop us and would have been nice if they did. Not sure why they wouldn’t. When we realized we didn’t have the drinks, we walked back to retrieve them.All in all the food was hot and quite tasty. We will definitely visit again!
