Not turn up and not asnwer there phones so plz lett me.were r food is

Placed and order which never turned up even after I was told it was on its way on Just Eat. Tried to phone but went to answerphone, then checked again on my app and they had apparently closed early, so there was no way to check where the order was. Hope the delivery driver enjoyed what I had ordered...... Food eventually turned up at 00:15 and the order was wrong.

order late which created a problem for my diabetic son, website not updating atall, items missing which turned out to be the item for my son which further added to the problem, called to enquire where order was, they didnt even try and check just immediately said "on way" and hung up, food that did turn up was atleast edible but almost cold already, I WAS a long term customer, THEY just lost a long term customer, at a time when small businesses are struggling during a pandemic Id have thought the last thing you'd want to be doing is pee'in off said customers.

I used to order from here all the time. However, last time I ordered the delivery driver had me sending him google maps and pictures cos he didn't have a clue. I live on Greenway Road its not difficult. The time before they took payment and didn't send order, weren't answering phone so had to go down and wait while they made it. Today they couldn't accept the order as problem with system, again they took money but no refund as yet. Just order from somewhere else and save yourself the stress.

Orderd a garlic bread with and it took an hour to arrive. It was cold and all stuck to the top of the box. Rang them to complain. They offered to send a replacement. Waited another hour and a half for the replacement and was stone cold. Tried to ring them again and it just went straight to answer points. Definitely won't order from their again.

Wrong meal delivered. Tried to call but goes straight to answer phone. Finally got through and correct meal was delivered 30 mins later. Cold. Chicken and halloumi kebab had no halloumi (replaced with mozarella - no warning). Donner was greasy. Skip miami pizza and go elsewhere. Real shame used to be good.

Ordered today and the pizza dough was disgusting it tasted like beer so the yeast had over fermented so could not eat it waste of money on this occasion normally have no problems so disappointed

Ordered two pizzas. Two pizzas turned up but one wasn’t what we ordered. Tried to ring the shop and no answer. Also asked for thin crust but both pizzas turned up and where thick and doughy like they hadn’t been full cooked. Awful and will never order again from here.

Normally I would recommend this place, as I never ran into any problems, but after my latest experience I would not. I placed my order at 23:07 on their website on the 21st of December 2020 and I did not receive the food until 1:00am. I tried to ring multiple times before then but their phone did not pick up and went to voicemail. The food came lukewarm and did not include the mayo as requested. The driver was lovely and told us he apologized and said it was busy. The food did not taste fresh and the chips were soggy. I am sorry to leave this review but I wanted to provide feedback for the business so they can improve.

If I could give 0 stars I would, first of all discount wasn't applied on the app and tried to charge £1.50 delivery fee when I live under 2 miles away (so we collected instead) Ordered chicken and shish kebab and received BURNT lamb and Donner, food was cold and a mess in the trays, forgot 2x drinks which were supposed to come with the meals. Very very disappointing.
