The manager shahi is so racist, even though I was speaking to her in English she made a sly comment under her breathe saying“ does she even speak English “Never will I ever come here again - horrible people

Text you every 5 minutes trying to get you to order, then when you do, refuse to deliver to your postcode because "computer says no". Even after explaining that our postcode comes under Prescot but we're actually in Halewood where they claim they do deliver, they still refuse. Absolute joke of a place, lost a customer (I should say ANOTHER customer judging by the reviews), and they don't care one bit. Avoid and go somewhere with decent customer service and that appreciates its customers.

Returning customer, can honestly say best balti bar non, keema naan also superb and I always go for the keema pilau rice, not been disappointed yet superb !

I have been ordering from this establishment since they opened their doors 21 years ago and I am still to this day a very loyal customer as I know the food is of exceptional quality, and why they have never won some kind of award is beyond me.

Absolute abortion of a meal. I know it's new years eve but had to wait nearly four hours when ordered through just eat even though stated around 45 minutes wait. Chased up on on just eat chat and given more lies. Ended up collecting in person to receive an absolute abortion of a meal. Chicken vindaloo as per attached photos which contained more potato (yes potato) than chicken. Who the f@#k serves chicken vindaloo with potatoes??? If I hadn't had a drink this would have been launched straight back over the counter

I ordered food on justeat 2hrs ago. After 2hrs it was shown delivered but no food was delivered and I am trying to call the restaurant and there is no response from them. It's a prepaid order too. Waste of time and waste of money. Very bad at customer service.

Absolutely diabolical!!! Ordered and delivery was gona be "40mins to 1 hour" still no delivery 1ht n half to be told 1 driver down n "be here in 5 miins" for us to ring back n oh sorry driver down, so we asked to cancel order for him to retaliate "u cancel???" nastily, we will never order from here again!!!!!!!

An hour and a half delivery. Food luke warm. Chicken Korma lovely however Tikka was far too sweet, too many tomatoes and no spice. Onion Bajia and Pakoras very poor. . Ordered from here for years. Very disappointed. Quality not like it was
