Not pretty enough for widnes nandos. Arrived and asked politely for a table for 2 and we were told it would be about 5 minutes. Not a bad waiting time. 4 barely dressed young ladies followed us in. The same server showed them to a table near us, instantly.Next time I'll wear a mini dress. And I'm a bloke

I've eaten here a few times before LD. Food was good and lovely staff. Went to collect a food order, staff were quite curt, customer service has definitely declined. Had my order shoved in my face, literally. Wasn't just me either. Get to my car, food is stone cold, didn't touch the chicken as it was undercooked just by looking at it. Went back in to resolve and gave up after being ignored . So, I'll avoid the dump in future.

Always busy and always popular. Greeted by a friendly young lady at the door, and immediately shown to a table. Downloaded the app as requested and ordered drinks and food. A different girl brought us the drinks, and kinda run off before bringing glasses or ideally glasses with ice. When we caught someone’s attention, they brought us glasses, but still minus the ice! The food wasn’t too long a wait. My carnivorous friend wasn’t too impressed with their dish. I had the vegan wrap option. And I’m glad I ordered a couple of sides. I had ordered the spiced up chips, but just received normal ones. A side order of broccoli stems was like warm, not cooked and watery. Supposed to be garlic and lemon. There was a hint of lemon. My main was ok, but nothing special. Didn’t really taste of anything. The hot sauce wasn’t the hottest. But of course you have the option to add more of your own. I didn’t really think it a very generous portion for what it cost. Moderate service. Moderate food. Moderate mark.

5 takeaway orders in a row that have now been wrong with items missing from the order. I'm done with nandos! How hard is it to read from a screen and to put items into a bag. The worst of it is that this was the manager that brought me the food this time because they recognised me from kicking off last time when they forgot the garlic bread yet again. Tonight it's the garlic bread missing again and the time before that houmous.

there’s rats everywhere really would not reccomend coming to this one. As soon as I seen the rat running around the restaurant, I just picked up and left. Put me off even eating so thanks for robbing my money Nando’s 👍

Came here with my son and the staff were friendly and helpful and the customer service was good, we didn't have to wait long for our food either so bonus points on that, our waitress jess was very helpful so overall it was a good experice..keep it up

To start the experience off we found ourselves queuing outside the door only to find out this queue was for takeout when we wanted to dine in... there needs to be something in places to differentiate between services. In addition, the food was good however it was hard to enjoy due to the dirty cutlery. We received two knives with food still in the grooves and when we received replacement knives one of them was just as dirty as the others! By this point we just decided to share a knife as we assumed most of the knives would have food on considering 3/4 we received had food on them.

Food was very nice, staff were friendly, wait time wasn't too bad, only reason lost 1 star is because of dirty glasses and cutlery, this really is one of my pet peaves and you managed to have both ends dirty so i didnt use any cutlery, i suggest using hot water and wiping with dry cloth after cleaning. Will increase hygeine

Very busy place but staff so friendly and helpful. Food was delivered to the table fast. Great atmosphere too 👍

I order the same thing every time I go to Nandos butterfly burger hot with Perri Perri chips. The burger I didn't notice at first until I actually bit into the chicken. The top portion was burnt and it had been covered in sauce to hide the burnt chicken but the taste of the burnt chicken overpowered the sauce. The Perri Perri chips have always been fantastic. Also, my partners chicken wings where burnt and didn't actually finish the meal. It is such a shame as I have been here numerous times and never had this problem.
